Hard to find a good motel without a lot of noise anymore. It's especially difficult to feel safe in Albany lately. This place was wonderful, and the lady at check-in and check-out was so personable, warm, and friendly that I asked her name! Lasheria, thank you for the ice and the information.

Beds are small for two adults and 3 kids, should be at least queen sized, but we made do. Beautiful room.

It was fine, I wasn't expecting anything more then what we received. t The place was neat and clean, the price was right. The staff here are always great! I'm sure that we will be back again.

I have stayed here before and was more then satisfied with the room, staff and the location, that's why we stayed here again.

Breakfast was alright, plenty of food to pick and choose from, and the breakfast room was very clean. Location was great! Beds were comfy, and the room was cozy and clean. The staff was as nice as ever. Overall a great stay.

Depending on who was next door, you might've heard them talking every now and then. I only heard them twice though, it wasn't terrible.

Walking distance to Japanese steakhouse and some other choices very convenient location.

A little heavy on whatever they use to clean But a quick spray with Lysol and an air freshener took that away right away it wasn’t Pine-Sol but something similar Very clean but a bit overpowering

The staff was great. The rooms were fine however it does have a little age.

Great place to stay. This was my fifth stay at Baymont by Wyndham Albany at Albany Mall. I love the location because it is close to the events that I attend when in Albany. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always nice and clean. I can't see myself staying any place else when traveling to Albany.

The staff is very friendly, the location is great, the room was very clean, it is well lit at night. Easily accessible to shopping and eating. A great place to stay.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like except the fact that I like to sleep in late and breakfast is over at 9:00a.m., which is my own fault.

Great location, the front desk staff was great, and the room was ready when I arrived.

The shower had hair still in the shower. The sink where you wash your hands has no water pressure at all.

)ovation & friendly staff. Place is very well lit at night. Plenty of available parking. Very close to a lot of places like Target, places to eat and most of all close to the event I attended.
