I liked that the bedroom had a different temperature control than the rest of the suite. It was nice to receive a gift. Was given small water bottle, breakfast/snack bar and a cookie. That was a nice touch. I liked that there was a kitchenette with a microwave and range.

I am older and a little unsteady so I needed more than one handle to hold onto in the shower. Everything else was good.

The staff was beautiful, helpful,.friendly and respectful.

Honestly there wasn't anything to not like, everything from check in to check out was beautiful, the staff was great I mean I haven't seen this type of service in a hotel in a while because sometimes you get either or bad service and a descent room or good service and a horrible room.

Nice location, but over priced because there were apparently many activities in the area. You shouldn't jack prices up because of events.

Breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious with a full fridge, a mini range ( if we stayed longer, this would be truly wonderful to have some home cooked meal for breakfast and/ or dinner). There's also a dishwasher! ( if we used washable dishes ) lol. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows. There's also a table and chairs to where u can comfortably eat on. Bathroom was spacious. Room blinds & lighting was great. We also liked the mini gym they had.

The fridge and the dishwasher was surprisingly dirty Cause everything else seemed clean. TV on the wall was placed where u can't comfortably watch TV. There's only one "lounge chair" so the other person either have to sit on one of the dinning table chairs (hard wood), or be on a weird angle on the bed to watch TV. The airconditioner/ heater doesn't work properly and made too much noise. Some of the staff might be overworked / unhappy with the pay or overtime / that might make them unfriendly & rude. Parking needs more lighting or security.

Cleanliness was exceptional. Staff was professional friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh tasty and a good variety. In addition.to the items offered they also had a good brown bag.

The shower glass had scum on the shower doors. Besides that everything else was nice.

Young man named Conrad provided excellent service in getting a new TV remote and explaining how it worked. Very courteous and professional.
