Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria

Very nice location. Large and spacious parking lot with cheapest parking i’ve seen in a big city. Beautiful hotel lobby. Rooms were a little old but clean. Didn’t experience any bad smells or anything like others have claimed. NICEST HOTEL STAFF EVER. I have stayed at many hotels and nowhere has had better staff. I can’t get over how friendly and kind everyone was. Cannot stress that enough!!! Small pool but very clean and warm, with loads of clean towels.

Only “complaint” is we booked a “city view” which was more like roof and air conditioning view. But no big deal at all. Like I said the room was old, could probably have done with a new sink bowl and door frames, but purely cosmetic and caused no issues. Our keycards had some trouble with our door and we had to get them reset a couple times but again NO BIG DEAL because the staff was so kind and helpful.

Extremely close to Truist park so anyone traveling for a Braves game will be very happy with the location. Being able to charge valet parking to your room is a big plus, it's only $5 more than standard parking and extremely convenient.

Paid parking is a bit of a letdown but I understand because it was so close to the ballpark. Small price to pay for convenience. The breakfast menu is a bit too expensive for me to consider purchasing when I could just drive down the road for anything I needed!

Hotel clean near Truist stadium you can walk but hotel has a shuttle take and pick you up very convenient.

When we got there they said they didn’t have my reservation I showed them my confirmation couldn’t find it we said just give us a room they said was booked he sent us to manger who told him to take of it and they gave us a room. They charged more then price from booking.com when we got home called I think they credited our card waiting to statement.

Location to Truist is excellent! We choose to stay because of the shuttle to and from the hotel to Stadium. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms and the entire facility are extremely clean. We appreciated the adjoined rooms as requested as well as an early check in. Thankful for the coffee and coffee pot. The bed was so comfy! The pool area was clean and tidy.

The prices of the snacks in the “Pantry” are ridiculous. $4 for a bag of Cheetos… seriously? Our room did not have a refrigerator.

Breakfast good, served in restaurant now, liked location.

When I arived the front desk said they had no record of my reservation. I was on a tight schedule, had increased travel time due to heavy traffic and 3 accidents (not your fault) and was trying to make it to a birthday dinner. I had to call booking.com for assistance, took for ever to find the number and also get someone to answer. Lady was nice and we were able to work things out. Hotel staff was very nice (have stayed there on multiple occasions) and got room within a couple dollars of booking.com price. I have never had issues with booking.com but this was an unpleasant experience and not smooth at all.

We came to town to take my 10yo to a Braves game. it is super close to the stadium and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the gate. We went to a 7:30 game so we knew we couldn’t catch the shuttle back bc they stop at 10:00. When the game was over we were able to walk back very easily with my 8yo and 10 yo (maybe 10 min walk) and it was very safe w police escorts everywhere and a large crowd doing the same.

We were only able to get a King bed room for the 4 of us, but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us a rollaway bed. We all slept well.

Breakfast was great for the price, I appreciated the eagerness and friendliness of all the staff. Rooms were very clean. Pool area was clean. With the onsite restaurant and the easy walk to Truist Park/Battery Ave we didn't even have to move our car once we parked.

The trash cans in the room didn't have bags in them. It would have been nice if the rooms had a mini fridge.

The hotel was a few blocks away from Truist Park and even had a shuttle that we used twice to get there. The staff were friendly, consistently greeted us and there was no wait during check-in or check-out.

We purchased the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was lukewarm and the biscuits were tough. Maybe we should have ordered from the menu? An in room safe would have been helpful. We had to ask for fresh towels and the dirty ones were not picked up.

Very nice hotel. Love the shuttle to the Braves game which is the main reason we stay here. Pool is great.

The only issue we had was with parking. The parking meter requested we pay there. But I went inside and asked an employee what was going on and they immediately handled the issue.

We loved all the Atlanta braves touches and the shuttle for the games. The lobby was very nice. The bar keeper was accommodating and helped make our honeymoon extra special. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds are way too firm and pillows were not supportive at all. I didn’t bring my pillow because I thought there would be better ones there for what we we’re paying. We checked out on Sunday and it’s Thursday and my neck is still killing me. The doors to rooms on outside were dirty.
