The staff were friendly, location was ideal for the baseball games, and it was very clean

The room next door made sooo much noise that I could hear it clearly into my room for two nights. On the second night I called downstairs and the receptionist told them something and it stopped. Appreciated that!

Rooms extremely small. Very modern but lacks comforts of home. No coffee pot or cups in rooms. No space to put luggage.

I like the active lobby - TV, board games, billiard table and coffee available all day. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Loved the room concept - the open closet, bright and spotless bathroom and best of all was plug outlets everywhere! I thought the dispensers for the soaps and lotion were fun. Breakfast was simple and got everything you need - the pancake machine was neat! I also liked the streaming apps from the TV. Great location to be near Truist Park. Checking in and departure process was quick and easy.

Not much to dislike. The Showtime app kept loading and buffering slowly which forced me to watch from a different app.

The location was really nice..shopping was within 10min from the hotel on black friday. Daejai at the front desk was very nice and accommodating she corrected an issue that occurred at check-in and made sure we had a comfortable stay for a holiday weekend. Ms. Viola in housekeeping we just as nice anything we needed she was on top of the request. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Everything exceeded our expectations. You could smell how clean it was the moment you walked in. The outside was well kept and attended to everyday. The staff was always very friendly. The rooms were clean. They had a dorm type feel, but it made it a nice stay for the 5 days we were there. It’s very family oriented with games and a pool table in the lobby. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Only 10-15 minutes away from midtown. It is was in a great location. Safe environment. Free parking was a plus! Overall highly satisfied.

The staff was amazing and friendly. They were ready and willing to help with any questions and had great suggestions of what to do and how to get there. I checked out really early in the morning and the attendant there was so friendly and like it wasn't literally 4am. Overall the best part of the stay was the staff! Everything was great and it is a really quick walk to Truist Park. Highly suggest staying there if you are going to an event at that location. If you have a car, they will provide you with a sticker to put in your car on event days.

There was no hot tub. But that was not a deal breaker.

I was completely fascinated with the pancake machine! The whole hot breakfast was awesome each morning during our stay. I loved the cleanliness and the southern hospitality of the staff! I think her name was Julie, not sure, but she was so welcoming! It truly made me feel warm! I knew to expect her back Friday bc she told me when she worked next lol! Overall, It was an amazing stay and I will probably stay at Tru hotels whenever I travel!

The ac unit was a tad bit noisy but nothing we couldn't get over. Also, it would have been nice to have a TV guide or streaming options. But Honestly, everything was beyond nice and accommodating!

The location, cleanliness, room size were good. I didn't get to the pool but I was glad it had one that was inside and heated.

All things were good, it's just that one of the elevators went down. Also the price was fair but it could have been slightly less. I wish breakfast lasted till 11am.
