Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Galleria Ballpark, GA

Staff was very friendly, our friends room was on a different floor and they moved us to a closer room for free and no complaints! Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything in Atlanta but not in the middle of it all.

We picked this hotel based off the location to the Braves stadium. It is a short easy walk to the stadium and that was exactly what I was w looking for. The staff was absolutely lovely, everyone was helpful, kind, welcoming and was very professional. The Breakfast was good, stayed well stocked and a staff member was there if anything was needed. Room and facilities were cleaned well. It was an excellent experience.

Shower set up - our shower head was a little out dated and was hard to move which caused the bathroom floors to get soaking wet, due to the “floor plan/set up”. All of our trash cans did not have bags in them, I wasn’t sure if that was on purpose or not, but it was noticed. Pricing of the items in the mini store were a little high. Pool/Hot Tub we visited twice, once it was not the cleanest- had wet towels folded to be used in the entry way before entering the pool.

I came with my grandson and son in law for 2 nights and 3 braves/phillies game. For us it was near perfect. We found the breakfast perfect for us. It was a nice easy walk to the games. Letting me park for an afternoon game after we checked out was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly.

My only issue was the room temp. Fortunately it was real hot during our stay. We pushed the temp down to 65 which was the lowest it would let us go but the room temp stayed around 73. We were not there much so I decided to just let it go but had it been typical atlanta heat it would have been a problem.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Galleria Ballpark is in a busy location right off I-75, and so accessing the hotel is very easy. During rush hour drive carefully as the area is busy. 20 - 30 minutes north of down town means that there is nothing too far away to visit or see. In the hotel itself, the hot breakfast was great! Overall I can say the room was comfortable, and had anything needed for a week to two week stay (Iron board, Iron, Mini Fridge, Microwave ... ). The bed was great, as well as the sitting space. Awesome AC, and shower pressure was exceptional.

The hotel was very nice, however, it seemed that it was in need of minor repairs in the hall way area. The landscaping outside the hotel was in need of cleaning (lots of litter). I did not notice any cameras outside the building to ensure security for vehicles, however, in this area of town it is not a huge issue.

Good breakfast included-attempt to vary bkf selection was appreciated. Extremely accommodating staff. Used pool daily at different times for a week and can vouch for the maintenance and cleanliness regardless of day or time.

1 elevator was making a little noise, but did not mention to staff. Would have liked more variety of candy in your shopette , though your prices of water etc were more reasonable than others (most appreciated) If on foot, restaurants may be too far for the elderly, (but Marietta Diner did great delivery.)

The room was clean. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine, and the property felt safe. There was always ice in the ice machines. We used the business center to print some information, and that was a convenience we appreciate!

We booked for three adults for five days, but the room only had two sets of towels, so we had to request another set. The information sheet received when we checked in said the room would be cleaned every 3 days, but it wasn't, so I called the desk and was told that information was wrong. We had to request a cleaning, so after 4 days, we got fresh towels, made beds, and emptied wastebaskets.

The breakfast buffet was great with many options and the location was conveniently located to all of my needs. I would definitely consider staying there again.

I was disappointed that my room was not like what was pictured/advertised online. The room was a little dated but overall clean. One thing I wish could be incorporated would be smart tv’s and faster/better internet. It would’ve been nice to be able to watch my shows on Netflix having a bigger screen than my iPad.

This hotel was in a great location, close to the event we were attending. The front desk attendant, Gi-Gi was wonderful in greeting and getting us settled in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good.

The mattresses definitely could be better. They were firm and very springy. The pool was heated (swimming in November), but not warm at all. The house keeping staff knocked and then immediately opened our door on checkout day, hours before checkout time.

Everyone was friendly and the kids loved the pool. I really enjoyed the time and information given while we stayed there. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and it was very spacious with 3 kids. Thank you for getting us in quickly due to the speedy check out from somewhere else to getting check in and pleased

May want to move the bathroom door due to where others can enter while someone is on the toilet and deep clean the carpets a lil more due to people going swimming and coming in soiling the carpet. Our room had an odor but was gone once house keeping came and did the floor.

We came for a Braves game, and the value here is great compared to the hotels closer to Truist Park. It's less than a mile with good sidewalks all the way to the park, so you can join the throngs of Braves fans on the way to and from the game. Even if you Uber, it's only about $11. The room was very clean and very large, giving us and our friends plenty of space to share. Everything was clean and comfortable, even if a little dated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't anything special, but there was plenty of variety – hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.
