Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta

Location is in center of city allowing travel by car anywhere fairly easy. Hotel staff are welcoming and is willing to answer any questions that one may have. Asked for preference and it got delivered. Not only that I got a decent view of the stadium and the plaza

Free Wifi doesn't come along with the room and it doesn't help that payment for Wi-Fi is per night than the whole trip. Food service like breakfasts felt pricy, but there is a plaza where you could go out to buy your own breakfast. Georgia is known for their baseball, but it also means that you would experience traffic getting into the hotel during the baseball season. Double edge sword for a great view.

We were here for a 2023 Twice Concert at the stadium. The front desk person helped us upgrade our room to one with a view of the stadium. Which was awesome seeing the stage and lighting crew work on the lights for the show the night before really gave us an extra sense of anticipation. Having direct access to all of the restaurants was perfect we never felt a need to get our car as there were so many great places to visit within walking distance. The pool was also great, they had a DJ that really livened up the mood. The day of the concert was relaxed and stress free, as our gate was still within walking distance.

We liked that it was just outside the stadium. We stayed the night after a Braves game and went to the Georgia Aquarium the next day. It was nice not having to sit in traffic and have a long drive home. The hotel was very luxurious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The vallet parking was nice, too. It's definitely the most luxurious place I've ever stayed at!

Overall, everything was great!!! But we were definitely living above our means for the weekend. The room was expensive, that's why we only stayed one night. That's not really a complaint, but I had to write something that I didn't like, and that's the only negative I can come up with; other than the Braves losing the game.

I know there are limitations because of Covid, but I think it’s time to stop cutting corners and using Covid as the excuse. No room service is unacceptable and the valet system needs to be shut down and re-organized. It was a mess and I’m sure it’s due to limited employees but it’s time to open up the Wallet and hire more employees so you can bring back room service and top-notch valet because we are paying top-notch prices

The water and cups located throughout as the weather was very hot. The location to the stadium. The morning coffee and pastry! The beds were very comfortable and the view was nice. The need of the room card in order to use the elevator, for security!

The bathroom was not that clean. The floor and bathroom door were smeared with something, not sure what it was. Semi Hard to manage the remote to watch tv. Charge for wifi and the sound of the construction going on.

If you are going to a Braves game there is no better location to stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. A room key is required to even operate the elevator making the facility feel very safe.

It didn’t seem like the hotel was staffed in preparation for a game day. Calling the front desk I was put on hold for 10 min just trying to find out where to get bottled drinks, and getting the car from Valet the next day took over 45 minutes. I know it was a busy check out from game day, but with the cost you pay to stay there they should be more prepared for that. The valet staff they did have on duty were running at full force though. It was definitely not nice and cool outside and they were sprinting back and forth to get people in their vehicles as quickly as they could.

Breakfast at National Anthem ATL was a great value and highly recommend. Pool and pool bar was refreshing. Elevators are quick. Beds comfortable. Grand view overlooking The Battery and Truist Park.

Vanity mirror light in bath did not work. Shower pressure could be better. Valet was not amicable, mumbled when they did talk.

Other than the Atlanta Braves losing game 5. Leaving, wanted to move in, permeate. The Omni staff lead by Omar Thomas was hands down second to none. And I have stayed in every hotel chain on every Continent with every star ***** Wish I brought more cash to tip them. They deserve and are worth ever penny paid by corporate. The room we were in was a great view!!! It seemed like we were LITERALLY in the stadium watching the game!! The only thing we had to do was pull up a chair to the window & watch the game.. They restaurants were within walking distance & a great vibe!!

I called the hotel a month in advance prior to our arrival for my birthday & then called days to confirm everything was in place. When we walked into the room their was a platter of cheese and dried out grapes.. I was pissed!! I understand because of the pandemic certain arrangements aren’t available BUT that was the purpose of me contacting the property before booking.. I was told that their would a slice of cake or something!! Not sun-dried fruits & might I add not covered at all!!! At that point it wasn’t no reason to bring it to the front desk attention.. I could’ve kept my reservations in TX & risked the storm!!

Omar, the manager made this milestone birthday extra special by sending a complimentary charcuterie board up, and Rico, was exceptional as well. He helped my husband with the luggage cart and provided above and beyond stellar service.

Bathroom door was broken. Was told they would send "engineering" to fix it but they never came. Poor drainage in tub. Beauty mirror didn't stay fixated, no fans in bathroom made it uncomfortable when "handling our business".
