Nice place, being refurbished.

"Suite" was really just a larger room with a sofa. There was broken car glass in the parking area - not sure how secure it is.

Airport shuttle service included in the price; the room was comfortable and had a simple elegance to it; breakfast included eggs; the welcoming staff, breakfast staff and shuttle driver were kind and efficient. This was all very welcoming after a delayed flight (due to weather). I had to book the room at the last minute, and was glad to find one available as many flights left passengers stranded in Atlanta for a night.

Personally, I would have liked the instructions on booking.com to clearly state that I would need to call for a shuttle from the airport instead of simply wait for one.

The WiFi kept disconnecting after so long, I wanted to take a shower but the water was not hot enough. The water in the sink got really hot but the water in the tub didn’t get hot at all. The receptionist also told me that the pre authorization hold of $93 would be refunded back into my account after a couple (2) of hours after checking in. I was then told when I checked that the information she gave was false 😡.

Friendly staff, location was convenient to the airport. Fair prices at the restaurant on property. Construction was not a bother at all.

5-day stay. I used the shuttle each day to travel to the airport, mostly for the MARTA. 4/5 days, the drivers were courteous and punctual. Only one day, on the weekend was the shuttle unreasonably tardy and the driver disappointing. Luckily I planned each trip with ample travel time, but the experience stuck out in an otherwise perfect stay.

The breakfast was a buffet including hot and cold option, and everything we needed for an overnight airport layover. Breakfast was served from 06h00, which suited our free airport shuttle pickup at 06h30.

Although not directly in control of the hotel, ad it us outsourced, our airport to hotel pickup wait was over an hour, but the morning pickup was perfect.

Surprising great rooms!!! the outside will make you thinks it’s not too shabby but the rooms are NICE!

I emailed and messaged this property 4 times between 1/16 and 2/2 informing them that I needed an early check in. And that I wouldn’t mind paying extra. I flew in for a business event at 3pm and would be super tired. I arrived at 10am. Sleep Deprived and just ready to rest up until the event. The receptionist, while very kind, went into telling me there would be a $30 fee for early check in. I explained to her to look up my reservation to see I’ve been trying to contact them. But that in the meantime I can definitely pay the fee as I needed to sleep. She looked up the reservation and found all the messages apologized. all of that just to tell me no rooms were available and It would be 10-15min. she didn’t get me a room until 12:15pm 😩

They were doing work on the hotel. The front desk was moved to a desk in another room and a lot of people were checking in at once and the front desk attendant was overwhelmed. Everyone seemed to be patient, even the ones that were tired and had to leave early, for flights, but the attendant was very overwhelmed. I noticed the next night, they got her some help. I was happy to see that

It was a nice location, looked nice. Staff was friendly. Nice place to eat at the resturant.

Didn't know they were renovating, a little messy. For the rooms being redone, they still were not that great. Sheets were stained, had hairs on the sheets, and it needed new pillows. The bath tub was not clean. It still had hairs in it. Floors were not swept very well, still had dirt on them, and stuck to your feet when you walked. Resturant needed more options for main meal.

Any concerns I had Gwen the manager was superb about handling them. No questions or frustration presented. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful with checking in and accommodating needs

That the construction kept me from relaxing and enjoying the fact I was there for my bday to getaway n receive fresh air. Also the housekeeping was friendly very creepy btw just staring and I asked for sheets they brought them dropped off n kept going. Also the bkft is over at 930 which means it should b cleaned and put away not available but denied to the residents bc ur breaking it down meanwhile laughing n playing with guests who still eating from the buffet.
