Clean Room. Comfortable queen size beds. Hot breakfast. Nice staff. Liked the desk/chair area plus the extra table with a rolling ottoman, gives additional space specially if you are eating in the room

The location and amenities the staff was wonderful

The doors were being slammed or when closed they are loud and disturbing. The bed was not as comfortable as other Hampton Inn we stayed in but the room clean

The location was convenient and easy to get to. The guests were usually quiet and polite. The bed was comfortable.

There was a system issue and their team worked really hard to correct it.

I like how everything you see on from the pictures was the way things were. What I saw is exactly what I got. They lock the doors to the actual hotel apparently after a time though from my understanding your room key should open the door for you still, so that added security is nice even though it is still a glass door.

I didn't like how the Elevator was, it was loud, the noise it made, and kind of unsettling with how it would move while the doors were open. The pool was closed, which could be a downside for those wishing to go for a swim. There were at times that no one was at the desk, so if you are trying to buy anything from the little counter off to the side, you may have to wait around until someone comes by.

Our stay here was surprisingly great and mainly because of the staff. I didn’t have high expectations since I’ve stayed at Hampton inns before and its always been less than nice. The rooms are used for what they are needed for sleep they are not specials in any means and they kind of smell funny . your never too sure if the room is actually clean clean. Not to bash on Hampton inn in any way I know I get what a pay for and I know I didn’t pay for a 5star hotel, I came in with no expectation of anything special but I left with a smile on face. I have to say that from the moment we walked in to when we walked out all the staff we interacted with where so pleasant the woman at the front desk was very polite, the two women who where out on the floor while breakfast was being served where so nice and spoke to everyone. One of the women went around and actually had a real conversation with people and she made sure to speak to everyone. she was such a joy and I think just her presence made the ambiance so much better and I’m so surprised in their breakfasts. I expected a continental breakfast you know the usual, a muffin, juice, coffee, but I was quite surprised that they offered such a large variety of breakfast items from cereal, bagels, oatmeal, to eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes and freshly made waffles and each day a new menu you don’t get the same thing each day. To me that’s so nice we are a family of 6 and we’re on vacation so we’re spending a ton of money on meals each day and just by the hotel providing such a variety in breakfast item our whole family was able to eat something they liked and actually get full. We where able to save a little money by just eating breakfast right at the hotel. thank you so much to the staff there for making out stay here enjoyable. You all do a great job.!

apart from our first room door no locking, smelling like mildew and the elevators running like they need some serious maintenance I can’t complain.

I like that the hotel was in the middle of everything was no more than 20 to 15 minutes away I also like the tonight front desk clerk I forgot her name but she was very very nice Pleasant and friendly it started with a T I forgot her name though very nice lady staff is very nice

It wasn't nothing I didn't like besides Atlanta traffic that doesn't have nothing to do with the hotel didn't try the breakfast it was a little too early for us but will try it next time smelled it real good

my son had an amazing time!! I also enjoy this hotel when I visit Atlanta love the location and price!

The only thing I didnt like was the woman in the breakfast area. She was rather rude to my 6 year old son. GRANTED we didnt know the rules of shoes but I had my house shoes on and he was barefoot. She was just rude about it. Sometimes your tone says alot about your character, What was i gonna do with my child leave him in the room by himself?

The staff was great and very pleasant. The location was also nice and perfectly located on the outskirts of Atlanta.

The room appeared to have burn marks on the wall by the headboard of the bed. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan. The room had a bit of a musty smell but it did dissipate when the AC started running. I think the price of the room was a bit expensive for what the actual room was worth.
