Jordan at the front desk and a lovely lady on the night shift, who went ABOVE and BEYOND to secure extra pillows and towels for us. loved that the AC actually worked very well. Practical and everything was available—-shampoo, lotion, conditioner, hand soap, sanitation stations throughout. Best feature???? No evening-night hotel entry, unless you have your card key to scan. love the safety. please was fully booked and we didn’t hear a peep, ever. Free parking—yes, free parking. Only 20-25 minute drive to Downtown, Midtown or Buckhead. Thank you, everyone!

Wish there had been a fan in the bathroom.

Stylish, attractive décor throughout, more European than American. Plenty of parking. The room had a lovely, fresh (if perhaps a little overpowering) fragrance. Good lighting, and plenty of USB ports. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, rather than a shower over a bath, and large dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Very comfortable bed. Very good WiFi. Peaceful location.

The member of staff on duty in the evening was uninterested, as if dealing with guests was an inconvenience and unwelcome interruption. The coffee in the lobby in the evening was lukewarm and stale. Breakfast was adequate but no more, mostly ultra-processed and unhealthy. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel, and I had to drive to find somewhere to eat.

The staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. It stood out enough to make me think about what kind of great hiring and training must be going on in this hotel! The hotel itself is newer, clean, functional, and a great place for business travel with generous lobby seating when you're done working in your little hotel room!

The breakfast was mediocre in terms of quality of offering and had no variety day to day. The pillows were poor quality/thin and already worn for a new hotel, and the noise reduction in the rooms from hallway noise isn't great.

The location of the hotel was conveniently situated.by the Expressway that it was easy to get back to the Highway.

The wood -flooring of the room, though it looked nice and clean, we could hear the playing and jumping of what we believe to be children from room above us. It was already past 11pm , tired from a 10-hour drive and we needed to rest to get ready for another long drive the next day. We had complained to Front Desk twice about the noise from room above us, until.finally about almost midnight, the noise slowly faded away.

All. The room was very neat and clean. There was no carpet which we greatly appreciated. Our flight arrived very early so we asked the reception people to take care of our luggage while we went to the aquarium. They immediately accepted. They were very helpful. I also liked the gym. Everything worked and was clean. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not rent a car so it was a bit far from the center which could be a drawback, but a positive point is that the neighborhood was quiet.

Breakfast was good. I love the pancake machine. My bed was so comfortable and the location was great. The room was very clean and I requested a top floor and the front desk staff made sure it happened. I would stay there again.

The hand wash soap dispenser was empty as well as the body wash dispenser. No big deal because I never use them anyway.

The first shift desk clerk had attitude and I told her I had already booked and paid and showed the conformation saying paid...she still insisted I had to pay instead of verifying with booking.com which cause me to spend extra money that I didn't put in my budget....no microwave in rooms and no access back into the building if you parked in the garage you have to walk all the around back to the front entrance

Very friendly and accomodating staff. The room was comfirtable. Brrakfast was ok. Plenty of parking spaces. I would highly recomemd this hotel. I plan on staying there on my next visit to Atlanta.

Just one suggestion... the soap dispensers may present problems for elderly or for the handycap. Hard to squeze soap out. May also not be sanitary if not properly cleaned after every guest.

It was a great stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Randall, Myoshi, and Shay made it worth the stay. They were attentive and sweet. The hotel was cleaned well. The lawn guy blew the leaves off our vehicle due to the power storms the night before.

The rooms are small but its better for the environment so it is not a bad thing.

It’s the cheap version of Hilton, but it’s very clean, new and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t so various, but fresh, contained fruits, oatmeal, eggs and etc. Location was great, quite and green area. Friendly service

There wasn’t hot water in the pot in the evening, so we couldn’t get some tea, and Internet speed not fast enough. And there wasn’t coffee maker in the room.
