The ladies at the front desk were angels. Very accomodating and sweet. I'm from Canada and had a TERRIBLE racist experience at the microtel in lithonia l and was looking for another place to stay to complete my trip. It was a bit out of my way and I didn't have the best phone reception but the ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and like family. And unlike the last place when I explained I needed a late check out due to waiting for my ride they didn't hesitate to let me wait it out as oppose to create a scene and call the cops on a female in a completely country. I honestly was planning on going back to Canada after that experience and this stay just made me realise not everyone is like this in Georgia and the southern hospitality among the native Georgians is still a real thing. I actually was looking to make a review the very same day I left because the little small acts of Kindness from literally every single staff made a HUGE difference and they didn't even know my previous experience. The room was clean and comfy but it really was the ladies that gave me an internal boost to thug it out a little longer in Georgia. I'm a singer who came to work on some music projects and my spirit was honestly dampened and they brought it right back up.Thank you ladies I will definitely be back again! Only down fall was I had no phone reception

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Sky I think was the lady's name that checked me in, she was super friendly answered all my questions & thanks to her I was able to get a well needed good night's sleep.

The TV was set on dark mode or something & I was going to try to fix it but didn't want to mess it up worse so when I went to the office to ask sky wasn't there I guess she left but the other lady said she didn't know. But it wasn't a big deal so I left it alone.

The staff was very nice and polite. My room was good, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful.

The only thing that was kind of frustrating was that you can't get ice and get to the vending machine from 10:30 pm until 7:39 am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful Sunny is the best!!!! He made my stay worth every dollar. He cares about your safety and very firm on that. Very polite and helpful!

I've loved everything about the hotel, the silence, the privacy, the cleanliness, and the location.

That I had to do own laundry or get our own laundry there was no maids or housekeeping to come in clean up the room or change the sheets when I asked

Everything about my stay was very good

No all day coffee like Sonesta can't clean your room no housekeepers around

The staff was friendly

I saw they look as if they were doing renovations but our room had stained on the wall. There were lack on communication we giving a room that was not ready. I had to go back to the office she had to give us another room.

Sheets were clean, as were Floors and fridge

Heat was really blasting hard so it had to turn off heater to bring it down to an acceptable temp. Overall, Not a big deal.

It was in great location, along the bus route, and accessible with the elevator operating properly. The staff keep grounds clean, picked up the trash, and thru manners were good
