I like everything about the hotel the staff the chef who cooked my breakfast every morning, everyone was had great customer service.

I did not like booking.com because if I'm not mistaken when I started booking my room it was a rate of 122 but if I looked at my receipt each day the price went up why would the price go up so I've learned that if I'm going to stay at a hotel for a sabbatical I will call the hotels because I extended my stay one more day and I only paid $119 so tell me why booking.com for a hotel cost me more than if I booked it straight at the hotel thank you for your services but I will never use you again

I really enjoyed the pool and the parking but mostly I like that all the food spots we’re around the hotel

I really liked the stay but I didn’t like that when I got there about 6 I got my room and they were conjoined rooms but when I went in people were still there staying and I had to go get another room but were really nice about it so I appreciate that but I really wanted the conjoined rooms

Friendly staff easy and quick check in & out.

I didn’t have a remote to the tv in my room. Also had a half used toilet paper roll in my bathroom. Didn’t look like it had been replaced had to ask for a new roll.

We really enjoyed the staff would like to send a special thanks to Gerald and Mrs. Ruby!! They were exceptional and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of!!!

We didn't like that the hotel does not have continental breakfast and nor coffee or water stations AT ALL also they have no comfortable seating in lobby! their prices do not make up for these problems or shortcomings.

Super comfortable! A couple of minor things, they were fixed right away.

AC had to be checked, not cold, compared to the temperature setting. The refrigerator had to be replaced, not working properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Right off the exit with several eateries and shopping around. Best price in town. The check-in receptionist was great. The bed slept wonderful, especially the pillows, and the room was comfortable.

it was beautiful scenery and very clean upon entering. the room was clean and pillow were comfortable.

The coffee machine didn’t work. the refrigerator broke and food and beverages were hot upon waking. The toilet stopped up quickly.

That you take room payment for the first day before I even arrived as well as the $50 fee that was accessed. Then have to wait 5 - 7 days to get it back.

I really liked the overnight front desk man. sorry I forgot his name but he was courteous, helpful and I appreciated his patience and friendliness when I thought my phone had been stolen at checking. at 2 am he called people to eyeball surveillance video. when I found my phone in my room, not ringing because of the snooze feature. I walked back down to thank him and show him the phone.

We were greeted with a smile and a welcome. He was very courteous and started talking like we have known each other. Talked about a mexican restaurant that we wanted to go and try their food. I would recommend hotel to anyone and family. Thank you again for making our stay comfortable.
