Rooms very clean. Meets all expectations. Very well organized.

Had to pay a double deposit because I decided to extend my stay by just 1 day. Didn’t like that there was a party going on in the convention room next to me on my last day. Could smell the party ‘ s food in my room and was still charge a $100 extra deposit for just extending my stay 1 day. Wasn’t inform that there was a party that day. So all together I had to pay a $250 deposit for a 4 day stay!

The hotel was nice and clean . I enjoyed the fact that we had a cook top and full fridge . Beds were comfortable. N the location was nice with target ,walmart n resturants a block away .

Our room was not ready at checking and we had to wait almost 3 hours before our room was ready . The outside of the fridge was disgusting but nothing some bleach didn't clean .

Gorgeous. Fieldstone fireplace in the common area. I have never had such an offering for breakfast, except in Italy. It doesn't compare to that, but it was very, very good. The room in our Queen Suite was clean, spacious and looked good as it was fairly recently redone. The lounger on the sofa under the lamp showed wear though. But, the VALUE we received for our money was bar none! It's a really nice place to stay for the night!

That I didn't get a chance to use the pool.

I like the clean towels and the soft pillows, the environment was quiet and the location was good, close to grocery stores and shopping malls, the air-conditioner in the room was a plus for the hot weather. The breakfast was good and always enough for all the guests though no varieties. The view to the swimming pool was also a good and memorable one. The rooms looked exactly as advertised, though a bit smaller.

I did not like the fact that the room was cleaned only once in a week and there was no provision for self cleaning even when I personally requested for one. The room was cleaned only twice throughout my 16-day stay with my family, my bed was too soft and a little bit small for 2 adults. The door of the fridge in my room has a terrible stain due to wear and tear, I think it should be covered with a wall paper to make it look nice as it is slightly irritating at first sight.

I loved the location! About 20 minutes from Midtown/downtown and a ton of food options. VERY QUIET AND SAFE! Target is about a 2 minute or less walk. Publix is very close as well! Staff was great and very helpful. The room clean as far as bedding and kitchen area. Minus little issues, I would consider staying again.

I called several times for someone to fix my toilet because it would flood and wouldn’t flush. Nothing was done, but a refund on our parking. The toilet has some type of brown staining on the bottom of it… Looked like crap.

Our room was a Queen suite and had a ton of amenities, including a full mini kitchen with utensils. Overall, the room was quite clean. Breakfast was amazing with many different hot entree options....eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes and make your own breakfast burritos.

The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and there were no linens or pillows in the room to make up the bed, should one of us had decided to sleep there (we didn't).

The furniture is very outdated in the living room area. Breakfast ended early on our last day there. Was leaving out the room to check out all my stuff was at the door manager called and came and knocked on the door to see when are u leaving. Now I can understand if it was way after check out time. But it was 12:07pm he called before 12pm, check out is 12pm and came and knocked on the door after that. I was only still in the room because they had deactivated my room key . So I was standing in the door while my husband was making trips to the car from the room to load up.

Overall I like the coziness of the whole hotel and made you feel like you were in a cabin in the middle of the woods by all the trees that surrounded it and the surrounding areas.

I didn't like the fact that I ruined and I have a oven. Which was not discussed with us however some rooms do have ovens. I do not like the unexpected cost of having to pay for parking $5 each night which was not listed upon booking. However the incidental fee was.

It is in a very nice location. Plenty of stores to shop at and plenty of nice restaurants to eat at.

The breakfast was mostly starchy food. Eggs, biscuit, bagel, toast, waffle, oatmeal, apple, yogurt, muffins, sausage and gravy. No meat to choose only sausage and gravy. No syrup for waffles. It was only one roll of towel tissue in the bathroom so I had to ask someone for more tissue.

Great Staff!🤩 (Amari, Andres, night staff gentleman, Barbara- Asst. General Mger) was professional and showed kindness. The location is beautiful. Walking distance to lots of shopping choices and dinning. Easy to access freeway as well.

The bed and sofa bed was not as comfortable as expected. Nor was the breakfast choices. However, both were very clean and organized. Plently breakfast and available early.
