Located close to major highways and shopping/restaurants

The hill to the parking garage was grueling for our older travelers

The room was clean, and the location was awesome

That the pool didn't stay open later. It closed at 10.

Room was very neat and tidy, perhaps a bit outdated but honestly did not affect the quality of my stay. The breakfast options were standard at this location, nothing outstanding. The breakfast service by the staff was very friendly and courteous. The cost is $16 + tax so keep that in mind. They let me check in early which was amazing!

TV was a bit outdated and sheets were a bit thin considering the AC has to be on all the time for the humidity. Sidewalks to get to perimeter mall are very poorly maintained so keep this in mind if you plan on walking (Not the hotel's fault though!)

The room was very comfortable, quiet and had a great location.

The breakfast was a bit pricey and the parking facility was not convenient even though it was complimentary.

Everything was great at this Hotel except for the clerk who checked us in, it seemed as though she had, had a bad day, she appeared to be angry and she passed it on to us during our check-in, she was rude and answered our questions with an attitude. I would suggest some training on the way she treats guests even though she may be having a bad day.

the receptionist at the front desk. I am handicapped and there were no handicapped parking spaces left, I had to drive around and park in the regular parking lot that was away from the hotel. I did make a special request before I booked the room on booking.com, I noticed the next morning that there were three vehicles that were parked in handicapped spaces that did not have handicapped stages or stickers. I would suggest that someone make sure that the handicapped spaces are used for the handicapped only.

Nice location and hotel. Hilton staff was great at trying to assist me with the virtual card issue I was having with booking.com since I had been waiting to check-in over an hour due to virtual card booking.com sends them kept declining. and Hilton staff very apologetic for the inconvenience. That I felt booking.com should have been. Hotel sent email to booking.com asking for a refund on my behalf since I had to pay them. So I wound up paying twice for something I had already payed in advance for and was looking forward to a worry free trip and wound up being frustrated and inconvenience.

Not being able to check in on time ,having to wait over hour and paying twice for something that I had already payed for and getting email that I canceled. Instead of booking.com saying sorry for the inconvenience the hotel staff asked Jacel on December 30, 2022 booking.com if it can be canceled so I can pay them to keep me from having to wait any longer than I have to and customer here in waiting with luggage. I pay them and booking.com refund me. She says yes for them to send Email. I got email from booking.com saying they never got email to speak to hotel. I did they sent email 1/1/23 and cc me per my request. I am loyal booking.com customer hoping to get my money back.

We had a lovely 1 bedroom suite with a beautiful view. NIce spacious bedroom, with doors and spacious living room and dining area with a large dining table! Lovely generous breakfast and clean relaxing pool. The spaces were all clean and sanitized everywhere. Fabulous staff at check in, kind and patient. Who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The parking spaces were a bit of a hike, we had to go up a hill to get to the parking area and it was uncovered. Something to keep in mind if you are travelling with elderly folks.

Very nice on the inside. We only stayed 1 night, but it was worth it. The hotel is kinda hidden and can only get out on way. I would recommend this if looking for a quick easy place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Had to pay a $50 damage fee, but as soon as we turned in key at checkout time the money was back into my account.

Very nice hotel. but if you wanted to eat you had to pay $16pp for breakfast. Parking was up around the corner, wasn't a bad walk, just a little confusing with a whole different parking deck right beside it.

The room was very clean. Also, check-in was very easy to accomplish.

It was unclear regarding guests having to pay for breakfast. By the time I was fully aware of this, I had already put food on my plate. Both me and my fellow guest had the impression from check in that it was complimentary. I would argue that while it is a buffet with unlimited access per person once it was paid for, the $16 required for breakfast is an excessive cost for the quality provided. If we had known this we probably would have planned to go get breakfast elsewhere rather than eat at the Hilton.

Staff was absolutely wonderful & friendly, food was great, beds were comfortable, nice indoor pool, energy in the hotel was pleasant bubbly and welcoming like it welcomed you home and wanted to take care of you. Beautiful location with lots of trees flowers

Only negative issues were there was no available luggage racks to help get everything from the car to the hotel room or vice versa and the mini fridge in the room was way too small for doing anything & it takes a bit to walk from the parking area back to the hotel
