Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Augusta at I-20, GA

Ms Destiny the receptionist was AWESOME❣️She was very patient & kind❣️ Mr Billy the maintenance person was also AWESOME❣️ He was soo pleasant & kind❣️ He made sure anything he could help you with to make sure your stay was the best it could be he did just that❣️ My housekeeper was an African American older lady that I 4got her name was nothing short of AMAZING❣️ She made sure you ran out of nothing including toilet tissue. The rule was they clean on the 3rd day BUT although she didn’t have to clean she made sure she checked with you as a guest to make sure you had EVERYTHING CLEAN you needed❣️❣️ AWESOME TEAM OF WORKERS❣️❣️

I didn’t like Perry the Manager❣️❣️ He was very rude & his attitude sucked❣️❣️ He’s not a people person @ all❣️❣️ I didn’t like the fact that he talked about his workers not doing their job yet the same 3 workers I complimented were the only 3 I saw busting their butts 2 get the work done because he had workers that hadn’t been employed but a couple of weeks calling out of work. He sat on his butt instead of being a team player & help the 3 that had extra work put on their plates because of call outs. I was in upper management for over 25 yrs & I would NEVER see my crew struggling when I could help them especially when we had call outs.

Perfect location in the middle of town but tucked back from the main road enough that traffic noise was not a problem. Beds were so comfortable and the air was cold on a hot night. We felt safe and slept well. The pool was open but we didn’t have time to swim and we slept past breakfast thanks to the late check out time. That was nice to not have to wake up and rush to leave.

Unfortunately the smell of pot was strong in our floor. It didn’t permeate into our room but the hallway smelled very strongly of it. That’s the only disappointment and I don’t feel like that was any fault of the owners just the choice of the guest isn’t what I would have wanted.

Clean, comfy rooms. Excellent breakfast. Quiet. Located within walking distance to many restaurants. Great A/C. Facility smelled awesome. Great coffee always available in the lobby. Wonderful room layout and workspace. Simple but perfect fitness center. Above all, the housekeeping staff was awesome and went above and beyond. Thank you, Bonnie, and every single member of housekeeping for your assistance and kindness! I deeply appreciate you and look forward to staying with you again!

I previously stayed at Radisson Orlando and Chattanooga. I was impressed so I am now booking your hotel. The room was a good size with extra sleeping space. The bed slept nice. You're offered a breakfast which consists of hot and cold items which definitely will fulfill. Hotel was conveniently located off highway with several restaurants near and also walking .distance.

I am a travel nurse and was in town for my first travel assignment. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from the staff during our extended stay. The room was clean, and the large space exceeded our expectations for the price. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Augusta again.

We weren't able to use the indoor pool due to the water temperature being too cold.

I loved the price and that they actually had bedroom suite with a door to separate the bedroom from the living room space. I like that the hotel allowed the breakfast area to stay open a little longer. My husband sleeps in late but when we got up to leave for the day, breakfast was still open after hours. My husband was able to eat something before we left.

I didn't like that we only had one tiny bar of soap and three towels when it was four of us. But the associates were nice and gave us extra soap and towels.

it was 5 minutes from my family

the pillows. they were really small and bad quality. there were 4 on each bed instead of the two because of how small they were and they got flat right away. it wasn’t comfortable to put the two together to use and using one was also uncomfortable because they got flat. gave me a migraine

Spacious room with comfy beds. Superb water pressure in the shower - best ever! Great breakfast options. Helpful, friendly staff. The area felt safe.

No USB phone charging connectors at bedside. This was not an upscale hotel so there were miscellaneous things, but overall it was quite good. We would definitely stay again!

We also thought that breakfast was a little on the basic side compared to other Hotels. Location was good for restaurants and other facility's.

The room had a smell of cooked fish, reception provided air fresheners to remove the smell. House keeping should have done that when preparing the room.

The location is just off the highway so super convenient; there are restaurants and grocery stores really close. The pool was clean and quiet- it's in an enclosed space in case you are shy in a suit! My kids really enjoyed the stay because it was like a normal place... not fancy, not run down, just cozy. The owners (guessing) and the other staff were all super friendly and accommodating as well.

Nothing honestly. It was perfect for what we needed.
