The rooms are spacious and they take great precautions in response to COVID-19. Breakfast options were pretty good and staff were polite and quick while providing great customer service.

The sofas are a bit dilapidated. Also, the mattress topper under the fitted sheet was so old and pilly, it was felt through the fitted sheet. The fitted sheet also had about two small tears in it. It was not the greatest night's sleep. The flat sheet set aside for the sleeper sofa had a yellow stain in one of its corners. I would suggest reviving the sofa cushions and investing in new mattress toppers and sheets.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and the lady over the breakfast area was so sweet too. The bed was also really comfortable.

Was in room 506. The rooms were overall clean but the faucet in the kitchen was really loose and under the bed I slept in there were someone's underwear and deodorant. Also in the bathroom the bodywash, etc. needed to be changed because it was empty. Also when I pulled out the sofa bed you could tell the bedding was dirty so I had to change it myself.

Everything was fine. The kitchen staff one of the women watched me like a hawk on three different occasions myself and my children it was quite uncomfortable almost as if she didn’t want us to get much of anything.

My husband and I were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere we never been. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was especially nice and made our stay an enjoyable one. The food was great n so was the husband and wife team. They were the reason we chose Staybridge. Will stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Bed was comfortable. Very cozy. Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, potatoes & sausages. Very nice breakfast staff.

Couldn’t get TV to work, so went to bed a bit earlier than usual.

The location was very good. Lots of restaurants close by when dinner time came around.

Breakfast was good but had to be served by an attendant. Not accustomed to that. Augusta was our last hotel destination on a cross country road trip from California. All of the other hotels we experienced along the way had self serve breakfast bars.

Lots of privacy for myself and my twins. My son is profoundly disabled, and makes a lot of noise. This was not an issue here, and I am so grateful.

Everything was wonderful. There was nothing about the property to dislike.

The housekeeping wasn't good it was old food inside of the sofas...dirty dishes....the drawers in the room was dirty

I loved everything. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel was very quiet.
