Absolutely excellent

Did not like the front desk guy telling me I couldn’t see the room before I decided to continue with my booking. He stated that it was the company’s policy to not show the rooms to guests before they paid or booked. NEVER HAVE I EVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE EVER! However, he did finally let me see it and the room was stunning and worth penny. But in the future not letting a paying customer see where they are going to sleep at night could possibly cause people to go to other hotels where this would not be a problem.

The room was very nice, as was the staff. There were a lot of opportunities for good accommodations (breakfast, coffee bar, store by the desk). For us, the best thing was this was in a great location.

A lot of the things that could have made the stay amazing were underwhelming, or not working. The TV internet cut out both nights, the first night it came back but the second night it cut out at 9 and by our leave the next morning it never came back. The breakfast bar, which sounded wonderful, was very underwhelming especially for the price and the other accommodations (like the nice gym and overall nice feel of the hotel). There really were not many choices for the breakfast option (we went at 8:30) and we expected a lot more especially with the waffle machine broken.

good hot breakfast choices included. very quiet, with one exception on first night here. comfortable bed and room overall great location- centrally located

glass shower door did not close, so water on bathroom floor and minimally into room. loud guest on first night here, but issue was resolved quickly by property management. the Kuerig coffee pot in room was inoperable. I told management immediately, but coffee machine was not replaced or changed out in my room.

Third time here. Staff always awesome. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Room is large. Breakfast has good selection -always a nice variety. I’ll be back again.

Several items were missing in My room upon check in. It was late, like 11 pm, aft er 6 hour drive from Florida so was tired! No coffee pods, no coffee cups. Coffee pot in lobby was empty. No garbage can in bathroom, and the can in main area had no garbage bag. Only one towel provided. The room was bit dirty. The night clerk provided me with coffee pods and cups. So Thank you! My stay was good though. The bed is always comfortable which Mae up for the other mention.

The reception clerk was exceptionally courteous, and helpful. Also moved us from Rm. 305 which was a filthy disaster to Rm 310. .

Many maintenance issues. Window was open and I couldn't close it. The refrigerator was not working. The shower door would not close. The carpet in 305 was not just stained, but heavily soiled with loose mud. The A/C unit sounded like a semi-truck when the compressor kicked in. However, it did cool well!

Staff was pleasant, room was clean.

The toilet in room 321 would fill every so often. I turned off the water supply overnight so the sound wouldn't wake me. I left a note for housekeeping. The young attendant for breakfast was very nice, and the coffee was quite good. Breakfast could have been more organized, though. The circuit breaker for the waffle maker had tripped, so the waffle maker wasn't ready. The trash receptacles were overflowing apparently from the previous day, so that is something to pay more attention to. Perhaps if there isn't a checklist, one could be made for helping breakfast to run more smoothly.

Exceptional stay! The staff greeted me and made the check in process very easy. The location is great and next to many different restaurants so I quickly grabbed something to eat. The room was clean and big. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the gym had nice equipment.

The location was wonderful because didn't have to go far to eat nor for entertainment. An the staff here was very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like is that I had to keep calling the front desk because the room next to mine kept playing loud music early in the morning and extremely loud at night when trying to sleep and this was ever day of the time I spent at this hotel.

The room was nice, comfortable bed! Check in was easy. There are a lot of restaurants around.

I felt like the area might not be the safest and was a little concerned about my car because we had to park in the back of hotel but it was fine. They only had one ice maker on the 1st floor at the end of the hall and we were on the 3rd floor. Also, kind of a bummer they didn’t have a pool.
