Creepy old guy at front counter standing right behind us as we tried to get coffee and snack???

The staff is so nice! My room was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfortable, and best of all... EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

There is some street noise - not from regular traffic but from loud motorcycles & cars with loud exhaust on Saturday night. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Excellent location. The room was exceptionally clean. Mini fridge was larger than those at many chain hotels. Continental breakfast offerings were mini bagels and cream cheese, apples and oranges individually wrapped, sausage biscuits, yogurt, cereal, and granola bars along with teas and coffee.

The only minor thing I can say it that I wish the towels were a little bigger.

The hotel was clean, quiet, the AC worked well and was quiet. The bed and mattress were great, the tub was new and the entire area was clean. The ice machine gave out real cubes of ice and the ice was there thanks to using the room key to access it. The locks were all new contactless electronic locks. The staff were helpful and articulate. No breakfast but the price was low enough that I paid for breakfast for both of us for the price point of the room. All in all, one of the best rooms for the cost I have been in for a very long time.

The owners were lovely and doing a good job of running a value for money motel. Room was a good size and lovely and clean. The free breakfast was good. Location was close to national golf course and a short drive to riverfront which was fine. Close to lots of restaurants.

The staff was had a very great personality, and will to help me with any problem I had.I will be back because I was treated like a QUEEN! THANK YOU STAFF OH YES THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. .

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had no smell. The location was not far from the hospital. I didn’t see any bugs which was a plus.

Could use a different bars of soap in the rooms. Don’t smell good. The soap worked for it was there for.

Owners are very nice fast check in we had a big trailer and was very helpful making sure we got Parked out of the way and also making sure our belongings was secure because you never know with someone walking by and trying to steal something

It's very clean and confortable. The room is large and has the righ spaces. Good security in the zone.

It's a little noisy because the transit of cars.

The price is fair

The pillows and the bed pillows was flat and the mattress had a big bubble in it this was the first time I experienced this at West Bank all the other times was great
