The room was nice and clean and comfortable

It's nothing that I didn't like

Most of my interactions were with Courtney, the evening desk attendant, and Bobby the manager. Part of my visit was thelp an elderly settle his affairs before moving to Chicago. Courtney was very helpful in loaning me office supplied that I didn't have like a stapler and scissors. Bobbie and Courtney were very professional in helping me realize that the backpack and iPad that I thought were stolen from the room was at my cousin's house. Courtney accurately communicated my concern to Bobbie. Bobbie reviewed the key logs and video and reported that the video showed me checking that my door was locked and walking away with a backpack.

Nothing

Our room was clean and pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing remarkable about breakfast, but it was fine and plentiful.

The room wasn't very soundproof. The first night the people above us sounded like a couple of elephants stomping around. This was before 10.00 so that was acceptable. But at 3:00 am a loud tapping started and moved all around the room before it finally stopped around 4:00. We checked at the desk and the people were checking out, but if they were staying, we would have asked for another room.

I worked for Marriott for 28 years at the Senior Sales level. This property was compatible with the Select Service brands of Marriott; extremely clean, professional staff and the beds were very comfortable. They’ve renovated and the rooms looked fairly new. Great value for the price.

Not enough parking for the size of the hotel.

The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. They were able to accommodate parking for our 26' box truck. It was nice having a hot breakfast before leaving the following morning. The location was good. There were lots of stores and food nearby as well. Check-in was simple. We would stay there again if in the area!

The desk chair could have been a bit more comfortable, but other than that, no complaints!

When I say me and my spouse enjoyed the clean room and the perfect king size bed I mean just that it was so comfortable and relaxing and the price is very reasonable..the hot bar breakfast was amazing I felt like I was back at granny's with the biscuits and gravy!!! And the location is close to everything.couldnt ask for a better experience definitely recommend a 10 out of 10 for this hotel and location!!!!!

Everything was perfect

clean!!!! comfy!! close to dental college. I came in from atl. had all my teeth pulled in one da, miserable! then had an appointment the next day or adjust.

smoking area is wide open to anybody walking by in. had this one he/she who was loud and seemed to follow me around.when headed outside. and a cpl more guys begging for cigs.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Asked and even reserved a handicap accessible room, and even asked again at check in, and was told yes. It was not handicap at all. I am just thankful my husband nor I fell getting in or out of the high tub. Not everyone is in a wheelchair that needs accessible rooms. Both me and my husband are handicapped. Othere than that 1 thing, it was great!

Convenient, large room, comfortable bed

Well, I guess it was the first time we had stayed in a handicapped room. My husband had to show me (afterwards) about the height of the shower nozzle. Other than that, all was nice.

Breakfast bar was excellent. Very modern and clean. Looks like it had been remodeled recently.

Bathroom tub drain was semi-clogged and had hair embedded down the drain. I always carry a clog cleaning tool, which I used to clear it out.
