Residence Inn Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf

The King Suite was fantastic. It had plenty of outlets, adequate lighting, good temperature control, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with a doorless walk-in shower. Everything was so ergonomic and spacious in the bathroom. There were plenty of eating utensils, plates and bowls as well as a full-size refrigerator/freezer. They also have a good amount of mirrors and the sofa bed was amazing.

There is just one slight detail that wasn't so good. The bathroom is pretty close to the bed, and so the moisture from the bathroom must have left a very low-key mold smell. I've been here plenty of times, and the low-key mold smell wasn't present at every room; Just the one that I stayed in recently.

I love the room in general was very big. Loved the area and layout. Definitely will come back again. Loved the shower and table space. Also the little table if you wanted to sit at the couch and eat. Love the big frig . and not a small one. The attendance were very nice even the house keeping ladys were great .

Breakfast was okay. One day you would get buffet style and the next bag of trash lol. But lucky we had a kitchen so what i missed i made myself. Didnt like how the stove was stuck right up next to the frig. It might have just been my room but the stove took forever to heat up . and not enough room for actually 2 pans.

The room was comfy and felt somewhat homelike due to the bed not being in the main area like most hotels and it was not too noisy. The staff was there if we needed them, and not in our business. We had a great stay. Also the full kitchen was a lovely addition and was definitely used.

There was a church group there that was blocking one of the entrances to the elevator on the main floor. We had to walk around and that would have been fine any other day, but it was raining hard. It would have been nice if they had a designated area for them to have their meeting at the hotel that did not block somewhere people need to walk through or if the staff asked them kindly not to block an entrance.

Everything else was perfect the room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly which is hard to find now a days. First time staying here and I would come back and recommend to a friend or family

Not much good selection for breakfast especially juice wise. Toilet seat was crooked, tub wasnt the cleanes. Wish they had a balcony we could smoke on instead of going downstairs and outside in the parking lot.

very close to gas south arena which we had a concert the night of our stay, very spacious and comfy, staff was very nice and helpful.

The TV in the bedroom didn’t connect to the remotes provided, the TV in the living room worked fine though so not too big of a deal.

The room with kitchen was excellent. I was happily surprised for this level of facility at $200 a night. I have no concerns or complaints. I highly recommend!

It was clean and had a good location, everything is close, it is the second time I have stayed at this hotel

the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there was a red stain on the carpet, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the room smelled of cigarettes! the fridge had two open cokes and food! I thought it would be perfect like the first time! And the housekeeper knocked on the door early and I had a late checkout

Super spacious and great location. I stay here every time i come to Georgia. love it.

bathroom sink was clogged but nothing that wasn’t a quick fix. still my number 1 choice.

All around warm and helpful staff

Loved the room layout, it was like a mini studio apartment! I was very satisfied with everything! The shower was definitely my favorite! Also was located near one of my fav places, Firehouse Subs.

I didnt like that I only stayed for one night! Definitely not a disappointment and I’ll be booking again in the future!
