I enjoyed the Aloft. It was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were gorgeous, and they even had a salt-water pool. We played a little pool in the lounge area and also had a few drinks. The location is within minutes of shopping and dining.

The housekeeping knocking on the door before checkout and entering the room before we could get to the door. We felt like we were being rushed out, without concern for privacy.

We were able to bring our dog and they had a gift bag for him when we got there! We also liked the pool table in the lobby.

The only thing that was awkward was the shower. We loved the open concept, but the shower was open. It would have been impossible for our family if four to be in the same room and shower at the same time. We went to Walmart and bought a shower curtain to hang over for privacy.

This hotel is a 10. You feel like you are in the heart of Atlanta. So much to do in the hotel. From pool table to a launch. Super clean and staff is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Coffee and breakfast is delicious it’s not your cheap hotel coffee.

First time staying at Aloft…didn’t realize there is no door or curtain for the shower. There was a door for the toilet but the shower is just open to the room.

only negatively was the pillows were hard and the rooms were somewhat cheaply put together for the price. for example if you are in the bathroom or water closet and turn a light on the bedroom is awake because there in no existing wall it’s just a partition to separate the areas so no privacy while using the restroom either.

The overall concept of the hotel is awesome. The rooms are very unique and comfortable

The restaurant didn’t have any food besides flatbreads and tacos. I had to Uber eats

Hotel is very clean. Room was small but great for what I needed. A lot of cool features/decorations in the hotel and room.

The Games were any interesting touch. The staff was amazing and understanding. The hotel was nice , quiet, and clean.

I would like to see more vegan options on the menu.

Great hotel! Has just been open a few months. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and nicely done. It is also pet friendly. I would stay here again anytime!

The A/C -heater could not be turned off which made the air in the room too dry and caused sinus problems.
