The toilet is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, we would definitely stay again, the rooms have a kitchen and are adapted so that you can cook there, an excellent alternative!

The kitchen staff is not very friendly, most of the people, like the staff in the lobby and the housekeepers, always had the best disposition to help us, but the people in the kitchen, when we told them that the coffee had run out, did not answer in a very good way, we said that there was no egg and they did not want to answer us, it would be the only thing to improve in our stay

Breakfast was Great it was real food if you travel you understand. When I checked in got a text introducing the staff to me and asking if I needed anything further nice touch.

The carts are run down and broken - after being on the road no one wants to fight with a luggage cart.

The location of the hotel was everything we needed. Access to get inside the hotel from multiple locations around the facility was very convenient. The King Suite was very spacious and we enjoyed the kitchen area.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking.

convenient, Accommodating, beautifully decorated. quiet and most definitely COMFORTABLE! Staff was very personable and greeted everyone including the children and the pet with a smile. I spoke with different staff members from front desk to the house keepers and everyone had a smile and greeted my family and I ,with nothing but kindness! This to me is more important than anything I could of ask for. the suite was perfect everything We needed right in the room and so useful to our needs.

If I could rate higher, I would. The staff was beyond friendly and very responsive! Rooms were clean and comfortable!

The only thing I could say could use improvement would be to breakfast options. It was typical hotel breakfast. Similar to what I’ve received at other hotels, so not terrible. I would just recommend additional options such as bacon, boiled eggs, and toast.

We liked the location... and that it had two separate rooms for the kitchenette and sleep area... and we like that when can get housekeeping when needed

The breakfast was hot and good. There was a private business center with a poolside view as well as other computers. There was laundry on site and an equipped kitchen in the room. The outside was as nice as it was inside with a lounge area and games and grills for use. They stocked essentials and food and snacks and had a convenient bar in house. The shuttle service was not back up yet post COVID but that is an added bonus. You are literally 2 blocks walk from a mall, cinema, and restaurants. Staff are so so so friendly. It really is a home away from home.

It was great. They stopped happy hour temporarily with COVID. I hope they bring that back.

Room was large with lots of space to store stuff. I didn’t realize there was a way to cook besides the microwave until a few days in.

Took a while to check in because front desk was on the phone and no rewards points were given for using booking.com.

Customer Service, especially Ria, was wonderful. We were very comfortable in our room & I loved that there were 2 separate rooms to watch TV. Breakfast was really good, too.

Excellent! Nicole was very friendly! My grandchildren love a cup of hot chocolate while watching our night time movie and she made sure we had it!
