The hot Breakfast offerings were a great draw - unfortunately, the eggs and the "chicken fajita" were bland and tasteless.

See above - improve the quality of the food, and ALSO - the design of the self service stations is a prescription for a burn injury: the pexiglass cover over the dishes of food interferes with removing a serving of food from the dish into a customer's plate. I especially found the oatmeal very difficult (and dangerous) to navigate. Would be sad to see the property suffer a lawsuit from someone who burnt their hand, or worse.

Hotel is within minutes of everything. The staff is exceptionally nice, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. The rooms are spacious and the spa tub was an added bonus considering we were giving up on trying to find hotels with these style tubs. When you walk in you're greeted by a knight and the hotel is exceptionally clean. I did not expect a pull out sofa, and to my surprise there was one in the room, which made things even better! The AC worked fantastic, which has been an issue for us recently, so definitely happy there!

The king bed was not as comfy as the reviews stated, but after being up since 3:45 am that morning, it was better than nothing. I wish there had been more meat options (at least bacon or smoked sausage) at breakfast.

The receptionist, Mr. Keese, and the rest of the staff, were fantastic. I felt welcomed and safe, which was important as I was traveling with my two girls. The staff was friendly and warm and checked in with us about how the stay was going and whether there was anything we needed. We traveled there just for a concert, so it’s not likely that I’ll need to go back to the area; however, if I do, then I’ll be staying here again! (And I’ll bring some cheesecake to share with the whole staff! haha)

It didn’t affect me because I booked early, but a few days after booking, I noticed the room prices had been hiked up for the same days we were staying. That’s because of the Kpop concert we were there for. The hotel rooms were quickly booked, leaving little to no availability, but the one or two rooms that were still available were much more expensive after the rest had been booked. Maybe there is a reason, such as the room having a better view, or maybe that’s common practice in this industry, but I think the prices should have stayed the same. I would’ve felt cheated if I had to book at that higher price. That’s an issue with corporate though, not this site itself.

Breakfast included was awesome. Room was spacious and clean. Close enough distance to multiple food options that could be walked too. Tee was very nice and uplifting when helping me

There was this weird thing where at night I came home late from an event around 1130pm and the front sliding doors were locked. It was very strange and nobody came to open the door. When I opened them I was told by a front desk employee to not do that and when asking why I was locked out in the cold she just looked at me so I walked away.

The breakfast was great due to the variety of items and availability. Breakfast was also available for 4 hours and that was a plus. The entire staff was extremely professional and courteous. The cleanliness of the amenities and rooms was beyond great. The rooms were equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The building and entire property/location was secure, safe, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent as it’s close to the Gas South Arena where we attended a concert and the K-pop store that my daughter wanted to shop at; Keese and Tequila at the front desk are friendly & welcoming; followed up after checking in to make sure everything was good. The beds are very comfortable, room super clean, we didn’t wake up with stuffy noses which usually means that under beds/carpets/drapery,etc. are dusty lol. Breakfast is good, has your typical hot & cold items.

Staff was Excellent!! Professional with a genuine smile. Room was nice and clean. The a/c was on and it was hot that day. I walked into the room , took a deep breath and felt relaxed. Beds were comfy. I slept like a rock. The pool is saltwater. My favorite. Very relaxing. We will be back👍👍💯

My daughter got stuck in the elevator The 1st floor button on the first elevator gets stuck and you don’t realize it. She was fine 17. It just took a minute to realize the button was stuck.

Breakfast was great, lobby and dining area updated and clean.

Despite MULTIPLE emails and phone calls with hotel AND booking.com, the hotel STILL did not honor the room rate for 1 of our rooms. There was only 1 booking for 2 rooms, each room was the same. However, one room was charged more despite the multiple reassurances both rooms would have same booking.com rate. Extremely frustrating.

I've read other reviews complaining about lack of "variety" for breakfast, but for me, it was great! Even if it was a "simple breakfast" I was glad it was included in price! Normally I eat eggs, bagel and coffee. Sausages tasted good! Room & customer service exceeded our expectations. We went to a concert and were exhausted, we relaxed afterwards in spa tub and woke up so refreshed, we didn't want to leave! We will return again.

I requested an early check in by email and received a response to call, which was fine. I called in the morning (check in day) and staff asked that I call closer to hour I was wanting to arrive. It would have been nice if that was specified in the email response. This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion :)

The entire staff were absolutely as pleasant and as welcoming as could be, and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was great and the entire facility was nice. Loved it!

There's only thing thing I can complain about, and it's the pillows. Everything else was perfect, but those stupid pillows are horrible. It's the kind you lay your head on and your head sinks to the mattress. No support at all!
