It was nice to be able to get a smoking room especially with the drop in temperature. Smoking rooms are very hard to find. Right by the mall with all the restaurants in walking distance. Coffee was AMAZING! The best I've had a hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Fridge worked well as did the heater. It was also nice to be on the first floor. Usually we end up with an upstairs room. Parking spots available. Friendly, fast service.

Breakfast was simple: pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Which was fine for a quick bite. There were a few burnt holes in blanket. Coffee pot in room was dusty.

From the staff to the room and everything in-between it was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful, even when our room key had to be reset twice. Nice quiet hotel in a great location with restaurants and stores all around.

Nothing negative I can think of besides the pool furniture, needs to be updated because some was broken and only one table with umbrella and it was hot.

The breakfast was about what I expected. No disappointment there. The location of the place is great. Easy to get to. Good access to other places on the area.

Well, the weather stripping around the door was a little disappointing. Bugs could easily have come in from outside. Not a problem this time of year. The toilet was not secured to the floor very well. I suspected that sewer gas might be what I was smelling. The exhaust fan seemed to have trouble coming on. I alerted the desk to that so that they can address that issue before the fan motor burns up. I’m just pointing these things out because some folks would not come back. Me, I’ll book again there when I return. Not a big deal. The place is overall a “quality” place.

Property was in a good location, very convenient and close to gas stations and several different restaurants. Also the staff were extremely kind we left behind two teddy bears by accident and called and they stored them for us til we were passing back through on the way home.

It was comfortable and in a good location. Staff was friendly. They served a continental breakfast.

There were knats flying by our sink, but that was all.

For me every thing was fine

When I checked in, the staff were super friendly and efficient. The room was clean, neat, and smelled nice. The bed was the best part - very soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby! I will definitely consider staying at the Quality Inn the next time I visit LaGrange.

It was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Guests and staff were friendly.

The room was clean but the air conditioner barely worked so it was quite warm in the room. The microwave didn't have the glass plate and the latch on the door was busted. We were only there one night so we just dealt with it.
