I liked the property. it was a new staff member checking me in when we got there and she was pleasant and very nice. the soap was empty in my room when I got there. the breakfast was nothing special but it’s nice to have “complimentary” breakfast. I would stay there again

Nice clean stay, comfy beds and accommodating staff! We had an issue with our initial room configuration and upon notifying staff they quickly moved us into a more accommodating room that meet our families needs. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and hotel location was great. It was easy to get to from the interstate. Covid friendly staff served buffet breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall we had a great stay, clean rooms and staff was very friendly and accommodating. the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast attendant checked on us, was very kind, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Bathroom was overall clean, but there was some soap scum buildup behind the shampoo dispenser as well as the shower curtain looked stained at the top. The pancake machine was also not working.

Wonderful Hotel. My room was spotless and the bed was extra comfortable. I asked for a room on the 4th floor and the person at the front desk did everything to honor that request, and she succeeded, with a kind attitude too!!

I know with inflation so high, motels have had to pass along this problem to their customers, so I know it's not your fault that the room I stayed in was $199.00. That's steep for me, but it was worth it, considering how nice the hotel was.

I enjoyed breakfast. There were a variety of items to choose from. The area was very nice and clean and staff had a continuous smile on their face.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The containers were empty upon entering the room. When asked the front desk made sure I receive those items immediately.

the staff was friendly, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast was good. I liked that they had Dove brand soap in the bathroom and a darker washcloth for taking your makeup off. the room was a nice size and had a microwave with mini refrigerator, iron and safe.

There was a strong chemical/cleaning smell, I think the carpets had been shampooed and weren’t dry yet. Outlets were loose, Ice machine was SO LOUD. Room phone didn’t work. Renovations weren’t done very well but overall nothing major.

The front desk clerk was very nice, polite, and accommodating. I had wanted all 3 of my rooms together and she made sure that was a priority and accommodated my request. The breakfast was Eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and biscuits. You had a choice of cold cereal, yogurt and bagels. Also, 3 different juice options. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stop over traveling to Fla. Rooms were very clean. No noise from other guests heard during the night. Staff was exceptional!! I asked for a 1:00 pm checkout and, surprisingly, they honored the request.

Nothing. I was totally pleased with everything, although I did not eat the continental breakfast, so I can't respond about it.

The breakfast had a variety of items from hot options to cold to go options. The staff managed the area was polite and pleasant.

The TV in the room was awkward to use, no local channels. And the rooms are thin. I heard traffic and fireworks my entire night.
