Staff was helpful and courteous offered me the Wyndham sign up but I already had it they let me know about breakfast check outside and anything else that was going on at that time very attentive any problems that occurred which I had a problem with the TV but they fixed it I love the room as well especially the spot tub or Jetta tub is wonderful the overall was nice very nice I would do it again now when I go different locations I look for the sleep inn first because I know I won't be disappointed

We had actually booked a room at another hotel, but after seeing the room, we decided we just weren't going to be comfortable. So we went to the Sleep Inn, where Robert, at the front desk, was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful with acquiring a room for us there. I believe he was exceptional at his job because most front desk people will go through the motions of checking you in, but are not really interested in going the extra mile. We appreciate his help, and might just rethink the hotels we usually frequent and take a look at the Sleep Inns. Thank you, Robert!

Overpriced for the room & amenities. Not enough coffee ready for people in the morning. Larger containers would be helpful. NO gluten free options other than an apple.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit was good. Gave out nice consistent air flow.

The breakfast was not what we expected. No bagels. There was some round egg thing, but no sausage or biscuit to make a breakfast sandwich. The peanut butter was not good and the butter was hard as a rock. No orange juice.

seemed clean and neat in lobby. nice greetings from staff breakfast ok I got there at 8:30 and there were only 2 pieces of bread left. no bagels or rolls and no tea bags

my room wasn’t vacuumed. and bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. still papers on the floor and rug and a light burned out in the bathroom. the shower did not drain well and the air conditioner unit was making a noise like a grinding

Staff did an excellent job in providing continental breakfast for what must have been an extraordinary amount of guests for mid week due to many seeking shelter from Hurricane Ian. Staff were friendly and polite. Facility was very quiet considering the amount of dogs staying with their families and common areas were clean. Room was clean and comfortable with WiFi, mini fridge and A/C. Excellent stay overall 🙂

Read all of the reviews of the hotel and they said the breakfast was awful. That wasnt the case with us. We went down at 6:30 and it was just like any other "free with stay" breakfast bar. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, fruit and other things too. Went in to get a refill of juice around 9:45 and it was still stocked. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Great stay for a great price.

There was some mold on the curtain above the a/c. Very easily missed if the curtains are not pulled shut.

The Sleep Inn & Suites of Valdosta was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Location was great as well. I would stay here any time. The bathroom is a nice size. I loved the shower, no bathtub, just a large size shower.

As with with any hotel I stay in breakfast is over at 9 a.m., would be nice if it could be over at 10 a.m., but there are lots of places to eat down the road.

We have stayed at this motel two times; I LOVED it. The beds are great, clean rooms and bathrooms—great staff, very friendly and respectful. Yes, I would stay again, and I recommend this motel to everyone! Check-out is at a set time of noon! I think ALL motels should have this late check-out.

Honestly, I can't think of anything! Everything was great, and it was a great stay! NO bad reviews. A Spotless place and the beds are soft.

Waiting to see what happens with how I was charged I was charged through booking dot.com then charged at the hotel bc the lady at desk said it didn't go through then charged 100 dollar deposit and I still haven't been reimbursed for any of it.

I had a great experience with Sleep Inn... I had trouble with 3rd party reservation and Christopher along with Dr. Anthony was very patient and very helpful with rectifying the issues... Even when checking in early I wasn't expecting to get into my room and to my surprise I was able to check in. The cleaning staff was helpful and sweet as well. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again. Their hospitality was Great! More than I could ask for.
