The hotel I usually stay at in Valdosta, was under renovation. I have stayed/enjoyed the Home 2 by Hilton at other locations, so booked here. A bit hard to actually see/find due mainly to the busy traffic on the road/hwy in front, but easy enough. Room and staff were as expected - clean and friendly/courteous. Room was nice and experienced no problems.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, and sub-par. It was staffed well and clean, with a good selection on seating. Eating 'almost eggs' is never a good choice. Bland and 'instant'. No flavor or body. Parking is 'ok', but not many places near the entrance to the hotel.

I had never brought my dogs to stay in a hotel before and I was shocked at how accepting and kind everyone was about that situation! My husband and I were staying in this location because we were moving (driving) from Kentucky to Florida. I have one large dog (golden retriever,) and one small but rude dog (jack russel/dachsund mix) and they were both welcomed like any other guest- the hotel was so clean and smelled good and I guess I expected it to be a mistake that my dogs were allowed! lol Everyone was super nice, our room was large and comfortable, I will definitely stay here again when I make the drive to visit family in the future!

I really can't think of anything, I was so impressed with all of it. I didn't try the breakfast but it smelled really good! Seriously, I was really impressed.

Very new and modern hotel with all the amenities of home. Breakfast was good and had many options to choose from each day.

I was told my room would be ready in 15min then when I went back to the desk at that time they said another 30min, it ended up being an hour wait for it to be cleaned. Unacceptable especially since I checked in and told what time I would be arriving. Also there was no safe in the room. Check-in desk didn't indicate what the wi-fi password was when checking in either. Maybe some additional training is needed for the staff on how all customers should be treated and updated when checking in for a stay.

right off 75 on a traveling trip with our cat. Loved the large clean room; so tired ,so ordered delivery pizza and enjoyed sofa area and tv rest. very comfortable beds and the breakfast was outstanding with make your own malt waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, bagels, fresh juices and great bottomless coffee! will stay again. One hint, if traveling with a pet, request bottom floor; long shelp up to the fourth floor with all their goodies! Also, loved the fresh chocolate chip cookies!

Breakfast was adequate and as expected for the rate inclusion. Best part was the fresh made waffle. Lovely dining area.

We had requested a bottom floor unit for ease in unloading, but it was slightly noisy from the breakfast area proximity. I considered that our own fault, but if you need quiet, get an upper floor.

Wow what's not to like about this hotel. Clean and what I loved is when you enter the room your name is on the screen. That was cool as hell.

I have no negative feedback. None whatsoever. Everything was 😃 great.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and gave me a little goodie bag and coupons for the restaurant we were going to. I would definitely return.

The lobby has a weird smell, but it's only in the lobby area. It wouldn't stop me from returning to the property again.

I like the modern feel of the property. Ricardo was amazing! He welcomed us with a bag of goodies and asked no questions about our service dog. I think we will be staying at Hilton’s from now on (such a relief.)

The directions to the property on our navigation were absent and the property was hard to find

The first thing one notices is the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. It does not matter whether you were talking to one of the cleaning people or a manager. Every person who worked for that hotel was kind, courteous, and cheerful. The Hotel itself was top quality, and all need for comfort, privacy, quiet, we’re well met. Just an excellent hotel.

I stayed in st. Simons island in June and room had the golf channel on tv So I assumed that another Hilton home 2 suites would also have golf channel on tv package ( this one in Valdosta ga. Did not have golf channel ( so this is a deal breaker for me. So even thought my stay was great I will NOT stay at this property ever again
