We actually really like this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the location is great. We stayed here 4 times. Unfortunately we will not be able to continue going here as the guy upfront told me they could not guarante a downstairs room for my legally disabled daughter that is in a Wheelchair. I called right after making the reservation to request a downstairs room due to my daughter using a wheelchair. I was told they will note it on the reservation. My daughter can only walk short distance with assistance. She is not able to walk by herself or climb stairs. When we arrived they had a upstairs room for us. Fortunately they were able to change it to a downstairs room. Since I do not want to take any chances that the next time we will not get a downstairs room. We had requested downstairs with them before and never had any problems. We are season pass holders in Wild Adventures and come to Valdosta frequently. Now we have to find another Hotel. 😒

Its located in the center of just about everything and only 11 minutes from wild adventures. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly. Its also pet friendly.

The top lock was broken as was parts of the floor and the gentleman at the front desk was a little rude but it could of just been an off day for him. I also booked for two queen sized bed but they are definitely full sized.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, and within a walking distance it's plenty of restaurants and shops. Safe place and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious. Pet-friendly with a nice space to walk the dog. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Will go back for sure.

upon check in we asked the owner about surveillance on the property for safety and he advised he doesn’t want cameras on his property and that if we have car insurance we’ll be fine if anything happened which made us feel uneasy traveling with our toddler

It was in a great location. Room was very clean. The manager was very nice and pleasant. Food and shopping was walking distance.

Someone knocked on our door looking for some loss, young lady that wasn't loss.

.The new manager is awesome. A 100% improvement from the last manager. This was my 2nd stay. I was reluctant to stay again because of how rude the old manager was. Rest assured the new management is awesome. Rooms are clean andcomfy. I will stay there again in 2 weeks

I love the location There are so many restaurants and stores around the hotel you can walk to everything. The bed was super comfy and the room was super clean .The price for the room was super cheap for where you're at.

Only complaint is the shampoo and soap suck and don't smell good....

Beds were very comfy and showers were great. Very simple and quick check-in and check out.

Accidentally got a smoking room, smelt terrible.

The room was very spacious with comfortable bed Very clean room with everything you need. Staff was very helpful in everything. It's close to alot of restaurants and the mall, close to everything you need including Starbucks.

Customer service was exceptional and courteous. Due to my situation n it's was late 😞 when checked in wish we could've been there longer .. 😉💯 Had to evacuate my due to black mold.
