Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Valdosta

The breakfast was good , but there is room for improvement. I think adding dinner will be a fantastic idea.

I was really disappointed and surprised by the state of transportation in the area. Getting a cab is like going to war. If I was traveling by myself, I would have left the next day. The taxi business is a disgrace. In places like savannah and Asheville, the hotel will help you get a taxi to get you area

Breakfast was disappointing . Location was difficult to enter/exit - need traffic light

Front desk lady was not friendly - Was on a cell phone taking a personal call while I waited . This person seemed to be annoyed that I was there , also there was an altercation with another customer that I witnessed . I don't think this person like their job and she does not represent your brand well !

Very friendly and happy staff. Clean room and public spaces. Comfortable bed, plush towels, and great shower! Breakfast choices were OK but sausage was very tasty.

Nit-picky stuff... the lighting in the bathroom was just so-so. The sink was too high for me too. This made shaving my face difficult... like I said, pretty nit-picky

I accidentally got double booked, with 3rd party. Once arrived couldn't find my reservation, but luckily had a room available. Desk clerk very helpful and nice. Next morning, the manager immediately took care of my issue.

I noticed the breakfast was about out of a few items.. no oatmeal or toast by 8:30.

Buffet had more offerings, better tasting food and a more friendly helpful staff than I expected for the price range of Fairfield Inns.

I was looking for economy and received quality. You have a professional serving staff Cleanliness was evident recommend maintaining current standards. No criticisms.

the entrance from the main road is terrible. The triangle shaped road separation has many scars on it showing that not only me but many others drove over it. It is also very poorly marked. It seems to say that you do not care that your customers are subjected to this, or it would be changed.........

AS I said previously it was a great stay at a wonderful property. Staff was excellent from the front desk greeting to the departing morning breakfast with real bacon served! I will saty here again on my next visit to Valdosta GA

I liked everything.

The hotel was clean and convenient for staying overnight on our way to Florida. The staff was welcoming. The hotel breakfast was okay. Staff served the hot foods. My credit card was originally charged too much but got adjusted after 4 days.

The overcharging of my credit card of about $30. While staff served the warm foods, the breakfast was just mediocre.

I was hoping for a property close to the freeway because I was traveling alone at night. The property was immediately off the exit ramp with a well lit parking lot and friendly front desk staff.

The room was clean and great.

Since it was a little cool outside would have been nice to have the heater on when we arrived and the body wash bottle was empty and of course didn't know that until we went to take a shower prior to checkout.
