Breakfast the variety was pretty much what most hotels have except Hilton Garden Inn which has a great breakfast for the same nightly price.

Breakfast. Eggs were over cooked, sausage no taste. Variety was okay. Front desk personnel were very nice. They did not present very well, dressed as if they were lounging at home, had no uniform, not even a name tag and she could not figure out if I’d prepaid, which I did?? Front desk told me we would not hear the trains, but there were several overnight and they definitely could be heard.

Location was convenient for us traveling by car on I 75. Room was clean and conveniently located on the first floor as we had a dog. Grounds were very well maintained and amble area for walking dog. Breakfast was fine and the area was very clean and well maintained.

Parking for utility trucks etc. should be in designated areas. Utility trucks backed right up to our window and we could no longer see outside. The room rate was higher than the other three Hamptons we stayed in our travels. Room rate was too high and not competitive. Do not agree that pet fees are non-refundable if pet has caused no damage to room.

It was very nice and clean. The ladies that survived breakfast was amazing! They even helped my son fix his waffles while I was helping my other son. Rooms are nice size. Didn’t feel cramped.

The lady that checked us in was not to friendly and she really didn’t give us a lot of information

Breakfast was great. Room was great. The maintinance man BJ was really helpful and saved the day for my wife..she is short and there was not a step stool to be found anywhere but he found 2 boxes she could use to climb into bed with..thank you to BJ

The room was very spacious, clean and nice. Great location off the expressway for stopping on the way to Disney.

Staff wasn't the friendliest. They didn't do anything wrong per se, they just weren't the way I would have them if they were running my hotel.

The breakfast was great! The ladies helping with the breakfast were very friendly. Can't beat the location of this motel! Bed was comfy and motel updated 3 yrs ago they said - design was great and welcoming!

We would definitely stay there again! Nothing was disappointing to our comfortable stay. We did report that some of the caulking was coming off the shower stall at the bottom and they did put it on the maintenance list. We just did not want it to become a problem for them with their beautiful bathroom.

I loved how comfortable and quiet the hotel was. It was east access to everywhere I needed to go in the city. The staff were very friendly especially the breakfast crew. I will be back very soon.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Good coffee. Well supplied at all times.

We had alittle trouble getting our room temperature comfortable. It was too cold or one degree less it would not kick on and became alittle stuffy.

First time to ever stay at a Hampton. it was fantastic! Facilities were super clean, staff friendly and breakfast good. Had to pay extra for our small dog 🐶 but worth it! I’ll book this Hampton again!

The staff was incredibly friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not great. The healthy options were limited and the food they did have didn't taste great. That said, it is a free breakfast in a clean facility so I can't complain too much.
