SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Macon West

Cleanliness for the most part. nice room with good looking furniture. Good looking building in and out. It was obvious from the halls that they take good care of the building, as they were always mopping them.

In the morning I went ti get a shower and the bottom if my feet were covered with a black substance, making wonder if they spend any time cleaning the room floors. The breakfast was good, but they do not keep the food, eggs and sausage warm.

Some updates wouldn't hurt but the rooms were tops. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms looked brand new inside. A large workable desk in room, which was great for me . Staff was really friendly and nice. Overall very good experience. Would most definitely stay here again. Solid 8 of 10.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast! Worth the price 😁

The only thing i didn't like was that you could see under the doors which means you can hear everyone's conversation and noise as you walk down the hallway. There was no sound proof walls at all!

Was super comfy! We got an upgrade 😍we will definitely stay there again on another kid free getaway! Loved the waffles for breakfast!

The pillow was super thick, kinda hard to get comfortable lol Also the toilet needed to be upgraded. And couldn't get any info of the $20 Best Western gift card. To where you stay 1 night and get a card. Apparently you are able to get up to 5 cards for each 1 night stay!

This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Super comfy beds and pillows. They have an indoor pool, but it's not heated, so it was too cold to get in, but we are in the middle of December. Desk attendants on the night shift and morning shift were both very pleasant and seemed eager to help. I could genuinely feel that they both were grateful for me picking that hotel for my family to stay at overnight on our way to Florida. If I'm ever back in that area, I will be booking that hotel again, 100%.

Everything exceeded expectations! The pool could be heated, but it's not a big deal.

Muffins not fresh, eggs were cold and some hard. Coffee was good. Good waffles

The breakfast was good even without a meat option. Shower stalls were spacious. Microwaves and Refrigerators were provided.

The television set had to be replaced in one of my booked rooms due to technical issues. Excessive noise from other guests on above floor.

Breakfast was more than we expected with Covid. The Desk manager came over and made us fresh coffee. Very Clean. My husband made himself waffles, I had some peanut butter and yogurt and a bagel. Bananas and cereal and milk were available. Room was big and TV worked, the shower was hot and good water pressure. Liked that it was staffed with someone very friendly and informative and courteous. Liked that it was very close to the highway and I booked it online.
