The room was very clean and the private spa tub was very comfortable with plenty of room for 2 people. Honestly, you could easily fit 4 in it! Everything worked well. The staff was super friendly and check in was very quick. The value was impeccable. I think I paid around 100$ for the room on booking, and any other hotel with a private hot tub was like triple that. The pool was very nice and they had a vending machine with every kind of a drink you could want and an ice machine that was perfect for filling my wine bottle chiller bucket. The sheets on the bed were so well tucked that I couldn't pull them no matter how hard I tried. The curtain was plenty dark enough to block out the sunlight and it sufficiently covered the window. The ac wasnt loud, the mirrors were the perfect size, and the paint was a nice hue. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

It was such a great experience that I wasn't even gonna write anything negative, but since this is asking me too, my ONLY qualms, was that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling a little bit at the bottom, the sheetrock repair work could have been a little better, and I wish the bedside lamps had soft white bulbs instead of daylight.

The air conditioner didn't get work well the first night, I asked for it to be fixed and was told maintenance wouldn't be in until next day. We stayed the night and rebooked for two nights. Air conditioner wasn't fixed the following day, however, just as we were leaving, the air conditioner started blowing cold air.

The size of the room was very comfortable. I was charged a 50 dollar refundable fee for the room, and received a refund as soon as I turned in my room key the next morning

The tv channels were very basic cable, and had no movie channels. I suggest bringing a roku device. The TV speaker was also somewhat blown. Although I wouldn't have swam in the pool anyway, it had nasty standing green water in it that shined at night from the pool lights. Wasteful if you ask me lol That was my view from the jacuzzi room lol There was no breakfast at all.

The staff was really friendly and polite. The pool was clean. The location was great for our vacation. The rooms were cheap, but very decent for the price.

The pool opened later than my kids liked lol. We had to reset our keys a couple of times. There wasn't very good lighting in the room.

I needed a extra blanket some stuff spilled on the comforter and was told housekeeping was out till the next morning so I would have to wait so I went out and brought a new comforter staff member name was Erica she was polite just wish she could have resolved the issue

The room and the common corridor were well cleaned, friendly staff, cameras around the perimeter of the building.

The beds are overused therefore they do not feel as comfortable. Although mostly clean some areas were not.

Love staying here. The room's air conditioner was not functioning very well. It didn't get cool enough, but it was not hot. Other than that, all was very accommodating.

I didn't like that I had to pay a $25 deposit when I got there this should have been told before me running the room and the shower head in room 108 needs to be changed
