The breakfast was really good, plenty options to choose. The room was clean and comfy beds. Nice game room for the kids to play. beautiful hotel. if we ever going back to that place, we will get the same hotel.

We did not use the inside pool, it has a strong smell of pool chemicals. Do not know if is because is inside, we did not get in. we used the laundry and the clothing stay wet, I'm guessing trying a few times to see if it get dry. we did not have the time so we just leave

I liked the safety features, felt like a new hotel everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk never complained if we needed anything.

I didn’t know you had to request housekeeping services, the room was pretty small and you could get into the bathroom and the closet at the same time bc of the sliding door.

I loved how big my room was. I had a king with a sleeper sofa I believe. It was more room than i needed but it spoiled me. I really enjoyed having a microwave and mini fridge. The icing on the cake was the secured parking.

The other guests. I happened to be staying in the same hotel as a wedding party. They were extremely loud and very inconsiderate. They made check-in a hassle. But the gentleman behind the counter was cool and collected and was very polite and had great customer service.

The elevator stop working and had to walk around to the opposite hall away from my room are took the stairs, the washing wasn't working and a water pipe burst had to wait and let the water run wait before l could Shower

Staff were pleasant and friendly, brake fast was served on time, and the hotel was very clean.

because it’s located next to the highway the noise from the traffic was unbearable, the window needed to be double glazed to reduce the noise.

I enjoyed pretty much everything about my stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. It was in an excellent location! My favorite part was the shower!! The staff was very friendly and took care of all needs.

The only real complaint was the satellite cable that did not work very well. Other than that, there was no real problems.

Staff was AWESOME! Location conveniently right off 85. Rooms were clean for the most part and housekeeping always willing to accommodate. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool area. Beds were alright but the pillows and comforters made you forget all about it. Rooms were a good size. Again, the staff was super nice and friendly. I had a special request and Wayne and Nadia went above and beyond to accommodate. Hand sanitizer readily available and gloves were available for breakfast service.

The size of the shower was on the small size and by 3rd day was uncomfortable. Water pressure not strong enough. The hallways were always HOT. Pool was indoors and not heated at all. Breakfast was available but all meat selections offered were pork with no alternatives.

first night requested crib was told they had none asked the next day and they were able to supply one he just said he had none did not explain they have them but just did not have one available at the moment very rude guy checking us in at 1am in the morning tired

Breakfast was great, with the choice of 3 different kinds of sausage rotated in, as well as scrambled eggs rotated with western omelets. Everything was kept well stocked.

Fix the orange juice sloppy dispenser, so that it isn't leaking all over the cup and your fingers. Also, we were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't available.

Absolutely loved the front desk lady Candice. She was so through with checking, food recommendations, and laundry. She made the stay quiet loving. The rooms were nice.
