Choosing where to stay during a trip can be challenging, but my choice for Fairfield Inn & Suites in Richmond Hill proved to be impeccable, particularly because of one standout feature: 1. EV Charging: To start, the hotel's functional level 2 EV charging was a game-changer for me. Being able to conveniently charge my electric vehicle was the primary reason I selected this hotel, and they certainly delivered. It felt like finding a treasured gem in the world of accommodations. 2. Impeccable Cleanliness: The room and bathroom radiated cleanliness, assuring me of the hotel's high standards of maintenance and hygiene. 3. Exceptional Staff: Every individual on their team displayed genuine warmth and an extensive knowledge base, ensuring a smooth and enriched stay. 4. Spacious Comfort: The bathroom was notably roomy, making it a joy to freshen up after a long day of travel. 5. Serenity in Sleep: Their beds promised a restful sleep, a promise they undoubtedly kept, allowing me to wake up refreshed each morning. 6. Hassle-free Experience: With their efficient check-in and checkout process, the hotel ensured that the start and end of my stay were utterly hassle-free. 8. Location Advantage: Though the immediate surroundings offered a tranquil retreat, the charm of Savannah was only about 10 miles away, making it a perfect spot for those evening outings. In conclusion, Fairfield Inn & Suites Savannah SW/Richmond Hill is not only ideal for electric vehicle owners but also anyone seeking a well-rounded and comfortable stay. My experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to fellow travelers.

Everything was very clean and staff were friendly. Updated décor.

The breakfast staff was very slow replacing items out when running out. Both days of our stay the scrambled eggs were empty not sure what was suppose to be in the other dish due to it being empty. 5 people in line waiting for the waffle maker. Had cereal but the milk wasn't stocked. Danish container empty. I can't give this hotel a low rating over the breakfast, It had a great verity (if stocked properly) The property was very clean, secure, updated and friendly staff

when I made the reservation, I accidentally picked the wrong one as it turned out to be non able to be cancelled. I explained it to them and my reason for travel but no one would do anything g about it. I understand I picked the wrong one but I’m traveling for a funeral and needed to go a little farther than Richmond Hill so I wouldn’t have to travel so much the next day. I asked if they would transfer it to a different Fairfield but no way.

We were just passing through, staying only one night but.....the staff we met are the hotel's greatest asset!! Deborah, Tina and Jabbar. These are the kind of people that every business needs! Deborah is an excellent person to be up front greeting customers. There are good hotels everywhere but the warm welcome we received here is rarely experienced in hotel staff.

The breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage, plenty of fruit, and fruit juices. I loved the clean smell of the room and entire hotel. The room was larger than I expected too. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. Absolutely what was much needed and appreciated after driving for 20 hours.

The card in our room said the towels would be replaced daily and the linens changed on the 3rd day- but they were not. It wasn’t a big deal though- we reused our towels and we were there for 4 nights

I loved all the covid precautions as far as all the hand sanitizer and wipes and everything that were in our room! The front desk staff was wearing her mask when we arrived and there was a plastic divider as well which we appreciated. There wasn’t much breakfast left by the time we got out there, but what we got was delicious. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice and acted very happy to be helping us even though we didn’t arrive til nearly midnight. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well for a hotel. If I were in the area, I would come back.

The bathroom floor was sticky which kind of grossed me out and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom seemed a little questionable, but I used to travel for my job and I know that’s par for the course in most hotels. I always bring my own stuff to clean and I’m glad I did in this case, although the hotel also provided ample sanitizing wipes as well (which I loved), so I would have been fine. My husband noted some areas of disrepair like in the shower and whatnot. It looks like whoever did their renovations in this hotel cut some corners, but again, Ive come to expect that in a lot of these hotel chains unfortunately.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about my stay. Everything was exceptionally awesome. Deborah and Alyssa at the front desk were truly very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The room was impeccable. Check out process was equally exceptional!

Convenient location. Super comfortable beds & linens, rooms & facilities were very clean and special Covid precautions were in place throughout.

The front desk mentioned a hot breakfast in the morning, but the only real hot item was oatmeal & premade Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches. There was no batter for waffles. Good selection of other items, however, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, toast and even a few gluten free options.

Breakfast was OK. Nice variety. The staff was excellent. Ladies at front desk really went out of their way to make sure everything was great for us. Lobby had the nicest smell.

My phone would not connect to the internet on any day. Lady at front desk tried everything to get it to connect. My phone is a new Samsung Galaxie.
