SpringHill Suites by Marriott Savannah I-95 South

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a nice sitting and desk area. The bed is comfortable. It is helpful to have a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave and sink.

I stayed for two weeks on business and the business center (which was one computer) was out of order for the entire two weeks.. I was counting on being able to print documents. Also I was surprised when I arrived that my room was dirty. Not just dusty (which it was) but I had to wipe off all the surfaces like the bedside tables and the kitchen counter because they were dirty. The fridge and the front of some of the drawers actually had something crusty on them. The phone was filthy. The ironing board pad was so wrinkled that it wrinkled anything I ironed. And the closet door was off its track.

Excellent hotel for a stop while driving down I-95. Easy on/off the Interstate with plenty of restaurants nearby (Applebees, Hoolihan's, Cracker Barrel, etc) The lobby was very nice and it was easy to check-in and the staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was better than the standard microwaved omelets and was kept well stocked.

We had a king suite and the space was adequate but not large. If you had more than two people (it did have a sofa that could sleep two) it would have been very cramped.

The sofa bed/ futon was very uncomfortable. The hotel ran out of extra blankets second night. The toilet paper holder was on the opposite wall from the toilet and required you lend over and stretch Yourself out to reach it.

Very convenient to everything. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the ladies that worked at were very sweet! Compliments to the chefs.

It was a little bit surprising in the pool area the pool was hot like a hot tub should have been and the hot tub was cool! So did not get to enjoy that and we're looking forward to that after a busy day. And seeing I will be 71 in August I would have liked a senior citizen discount but when I booked it I did not see a place where I could have requested.

The front desk’s staff were nice and friendly. Easy parking. Decent free breakfast. The room is clean. Great spa pool which my family loved and enjoyed.

The location of the Laundry Room is a little bit weird, I wish it is somewhere near the pool or reception area, you know, where is convenient and a little of eye-seeing instead of located at the end of the long hallway. I really dont feel comfortable to walk through all of the rooms to get there even the price is cheap, $1 for washer and $1 for dryer, coins only, so make sure you have quarters with you.

Convenient location. Rooms were very comfortable.

The only issue I can think of was that they had no hand soap. I had to ask for some, and when they told me they had run out, they gave me 2 mini bottles of body wash to use. I would think since they had not received their supply yet, the manager should have gone to the store and purchased some bottles of hand soap.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee area not clean. Hair by coffee maker.

I enjoyed everything about the property. The indoor pool was small but nice. It was close on our last day, but very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool being close on the last day. It wasn’t the property fault. The pump went down.

there is only one elevator - so there was usually a line we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway the pool area was small and got crowded :/ but again overall we were really happy

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick with no issues. My son has special needs and uses a wheelchair so I am very particular about cleanliness.

Pool was closed due to COVID-19. Breakfast was decent enough but I would have preferred more selections. This was my first time in Savannah so I didn't realize you have to drive about 20 minutes to get to downtown but the drive wasn't bad if you want less congestion and good parking during your stay.
