Breakfast and the location

It was a couples outing, and we couldn't use the breakfast area at night to play games and socialize. We had to use one of our rooms to socialize the Friday night, and on Saturday, we used the hotel next to use to play games. One of the couples said there because it had a better rating. I am a travel advisor and wanted to be able to share our experience with potential clients.

Staff was super friendly from check in to check out. Room was clean with plenty of towels, bed/pillows comfy, hotel location was nice, breakfast was a good hot breakfast and not a sack breakfast like other locations in the area. We will return. :)

No complaints, everything was great.

Everything was great for a one night stay. There was some damage that occurred from previous occupants and from age as well, but nothing too major from what I can tell. Decent breakfast as well.

There's a 100$ deposit that you dont get back for 5-7 days. We did record a video going into the room to document any damage before we got there and let the kind woman at the desk know of some damage before we unpacked for the night. She stated she made notes for us.

The property was better than expected. It was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The area was fantastic, next to everything. Nothing was too far away. The only bad thing was our tv remote didn’t work and the breakfast was not good bit overnight was a good stay.

Very well cleaned,Definitely a lot quieter then I remember a year ago and rooms didn’t smell like smoke which is a plus! Pool was cleaned & also nice.Love have the place is getting some touch ups.

staff every morning was alittle rude to my husband told him after he made breakfast to bring to me to the room, that breakfast wasn’t aloud in rooms (Which there was no signs that said other wise!) & if I’m eating breakfast at a hotel Iv always ate it I’m the room.

The room was clean, no rugs which it's a plus. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, near I-95. There are good restaurants around the hotel area. There is a Walmart, Kroger, other restaurants and stores that are located about 5-10 minutes away and downtown Savannah is about 20 minutes from the hotel. Overall we recommend!

Breakfast can be improve.

We were satisfied with the room. Our king bed was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our evenings/nights were. Considering price and location, our experience was pleasing. Light breakfast items were acceptable and the staff were friendly.

Bathroom was a bit aged or heavily used. Toilet was very low. Shower head was a bit wonky.

The room was very clean. The front desk workers were extremely nice at check-in and check-out. The location was very good as well, as it did not take us away from the main road and we resumed our travel as soon as we left the hotel. I would recommend it!

The breakfast did not not have many options. It is probably fine for the regular person, but I have a dairy allergy so I was restricted to an apple. Not an issue because I am used to having little options when I eat out, but it would be nice if they had some more fruit or ingredient information on their breads.

The hotel was what would be expected for the price range. Decent breakfast, clean room, somewhat comfortable bed, and decent pool.

Staff at desk was okay but could have been more knowledgeable about the property. Unhappy that the website states there is a self laundry room when there was no laundry facility in the building.

Front Desk Clerk, Excellent Customer Service. Great Location, Breakfast included with Stay.

Cable TV service was awful, local channels would not work. Kept streaming, unable to see news, weather or traffic watch.
