From the staff at your front desk who checked us in, to our super-spacious ADA room, we were so happy with our stay! We were traveling to and from Pennsylvania for extensive surgery on my foot. When my sis wheeled me into the lobby for check-in, the front desk person recognized that I required a larger ADA that what I had been assigned to. He changed my room to 318, and by far, it was THE BEST accomodation on our trip, which was extensive (to PA from Tampa, FL and back).

The shower head in room 318 needs to be descaled--it's a bit clogged up.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff, when we checked in and checked out, were very friendly

The only issue in the room was the microwave. Tried heating up the cold eggs and sausage from the breakfast offered, and after 4 minutes, it was still barely lukewarm. The morning breakfast was sufficient, but the warming units weren't working as they should, and the eggs and sausage were cold. Coffee was delicious 😋

Ms. Jennifer at the reception desk was very pleasant and professional prior to my arrival. I was delighted to meet her in person. There was a hiccup in my reservation. The manager quickly resolved the minor issue and had me checked in ASAP

The lack of appreciation for kind staff by a few guest.

I can't give Ramada high enough praise! Everything was exceptional down to the call I made in the morning about checking in early. They couldn't be more accommodating. The manager on duty even made it a point to come down with treats for my cats. She was all apologies because they didn't have any cat treats when I checked in. Ramada is Southern Charm and a class act!

The only thing that I didn't like was the freezer needed to be defrosted! Big deal when everything else was perfect!

You couldn't ask for a better, friendlier staff. I hadn't been here in 2 months and the staff remembered me!

I wish they had roll in showers and elevated toilets. The tub was an effort being disabled getting into it, the tub was very high. The toilet was another effort to get up off of because it was so low.

Reception was great, house cleaning personal was also friendly and helpful, towels were lily white and clean

The room had an order draperies had holes, the entry door was dirty on the inside and also the bathroom door, no blanket just a small silk throw needs cosmetic work

Convenient and quiet

I had to go get a key twice upon check-in the door of the room was not working then as I was walking back to my car 2 guys blocked me in and said something but I couldn't hear then they kept following me around the parking lot so I let the staff know and he then called the police to secure the area.

I STAY ALWAYS FOR MY LONG TRAVEL FOR 1-95 FOR IT ,I LIKE SOMEMUCH BEVAUSE IS NEAR A 195,IS CLEAN AND STAF NICE.

Not breasdfast never how said when you rent . Always had one razón diferent. Civid, remodelation... etc so not shoul be put it in rental page..because not breadfast never in many years

Very Quiet and a few Great restaurants in the area

As I checked in the young lady working the front desk was on the phone talking about personal business as she was checking me in and had and aggressive tone not customer service at all.

First motel that felt like was family owned felt great like I was at a family holiday

They didn't take cash or app cards major credit cards only
