The first room they gave me did not have a security latch on the door in room # 121, nor a fridge, or a microwave, and the room smelled stale. I went back to the front desk to complain about it and that I was worried for my safety. The Desk clerk exchanged my room for me and gave me a suite instead with a private living room, kitchenette, a whirlpool tub, and the two queen-sized beds that I had originally needed, all on the main floor with front access to the pool area and the lobby. I greatly appreciate this gesture very much, for every time I come to Savannah for any occasion where I have to stay overnight I always stay at this motel. I have been coming to this motel for about 15 years for my birthday and other reasons and I have only had to specific times that I have not had good service, but both times were corrected immediately !

The fact that, the original room they reserved for me was not safely equipped with a door latch, it was broken off and the main door handle would not lock the door either and it smelled of mold and mildew which I am allergic to !

Location is great. Staff is super friendly. I love coming to this Hotel. However, I was disappointed to learn, few months ago, they started charging 100.00 security deposit (that I never had to pay before). Sometimes, you just don't have it. Overall, I still love coming to this hotel.

felt safe and close to restaurants

upon check out and initially upon check in, there was nobody staffed at the front desk so we had to wait a very long time to get seen which wouldn’t be a problem upon check in. Upon check out, we had a U-Haul to return that, because of nobody being there to check us out, made us late returning it causing additional charge at U-Haul.

Great customer service and friendly staff including the hotel manager, front staff, the groundskeepers and maids. Very nice rooms. Shower gets hot.

The ac/heater nob was broken but we didn’t want to bother it with anyone. I will notify the front staff once I leave about it.

The beds were comfortable and we had free Wi-Fi. The motel was in a nice area. It was close to a lot of other hotels and restaurants.

I had 3 kids with me so I was disappointed that the pool/ jacuzzi was down for maintenance. There was no breakfast included and my tv was blurry.

Beautiful spacious rooms. It looks like they are remodeling it. It's going to turn out great.

Everything was beautiful. I didn't like that they had a kinda small shower. I felt like a bath/shower combo would have been better.

it was well maintained. It was close to restaurants, right off the highway and had a pool and jacuzzi.

Our AC didn’t cool the room off to a comfortable temp.

I stay there often for work and they know me and are so polite and helpful. My room is always clean and that's relaxing.

Actually I haven't a negative thing to say.

The facility is very clean they are very welcoming and very friendly I really like this place I will be visiting again
