amazing location, free parking, kind staff, delicious breakfast!!! Leslie and Sonja checked us in and were very kind hosts. they offer help but also give you space. toilet paper is soft - shower head gives a firm spray - the small patio outside our room was cozy yet perfect to relax on. we loved the plated breakfast and meeting some of the other tenants. coffee was great and we had an easy time parking our car for street parking each day (there is a lot that B&B guests have access to in the backyard). we will certainly come back!!

if we HAD to pick something I suppose we would have preferred a firmer mattress?? bedding was so perfectly soft and bed was otherwise comfortable!!

Historic inn on a lovely Savannah street, within a 3-5 minute drive from most major entertainment/shopping venues. The house is a beautiful old dame, with nice antique touches and very comfortable beds. Staff was amazing, providing a relevant stream of useful tips and information about the area and local must-see and must-do spots. Breakfast was freshly and expertly prepared each morning around a communal table with fresh fruits, delicious options and strong coffee (or tea if you prefer).

This is a beautifully restored historic home on a likewise lovely street- perfectly located near Forsyth Park and in walking distance to almost everything in the historic district of Savannah. The decor was quite perfect and elegant. We stayed in the Captain’s room which was nicely appointed, pristine and comfortably proportioned for a couple. The bathroom double sink was a particular plus. Our proprietors could not have been more delightful and helpful. They gave us really wonderful tips on things to do and places to eat. We were never disappointed. And they made us feel so at home! The breakfast was delicious, substantial and beautifully presented. We were so glad that we chose Catherine Ward’s Inn and would recommend it to everyone who wishes to stay in Savannah Georgia!

Nothing. There really was nothing not to like!

I enjoyed the hospitality Leslie/Lesley and her staff provide. They are very welcoming full of wonderful suggestions and very personable. The breakfast includes fresh fruits, juice, water, coffee, and even went out of their way to get me chocolate milk prior to my arrival. The eggs were cooked fresh plus other goodies and the presentation of the meals had so much attention to detail. Very filling breakfast what a great value. Parking is free and our car was safe which is a huge positive as parking is a problem when staying in other hotels because parking is limited it can be very expensive to valet. The house is impeccable very charming, immaculately clean l, and decor is top notch. We stayed in the John Williams room or something like that and had plenty of space plus a balcony. The bed was comfortable only thing is the bathroom is on the smaller side but not a deal breaker would book again and stay again. Privacy and access to the house was easy never a problem and meeting guests was the best part. We had lovely conversations each morning. Thank you for the way you treated us we will be sure to book again. The location is right next to Forsyth park and safe walk at all hours we never had issues and walked to all major attractions throughout day.

This was our first time ever staying in a B&B and we could not have stayed at a better one. The property was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed our morning conversation with the other guest. Leslie and Sonja were the best hosts. We we’re welcomed as if they had known us for years. If we get a chance to go back to Savannah we will be staying here again. I will definitely recommend to others.

Very well located and exceptionally decorated house, looooved the breakfast served in parlor suite and nice people you can chat with while having a meal! And btw this exact house appears in the movie “The midnight garden of good and evil” which apparently everyone there knows about (only from outside). So eventually you can tell friends you stayed in the house from THE movie. Just fun!

I would put softer rug in the room that is comfortable to walk on with bare feet.

The breakfast was restaurant quality. Absolutely delicious. The house and room were beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was period with the modern updates you need and expect. An underhanded softball pitch from Forsythe Park, top notch restaurants, and a 20 minute walk from River Street. Loved everything top to bottom.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Leslie was very sweet and she really made you feel welcome.

Based on my travel experience, the price and my expectations did not match what I received. I believe the location is too far from the main restaurants and the river street. We had to walk a lot to get to the river area.

The breakfast was outstanding , high quality sit down breakfast served like royalty! Totally exceeded my expectations and made me want to come back again and again! The location was perfect and the courtyard outside was just charming. The interior decor was impeccable . The staff was great. The other guests were fun to get to know, at breakfast.

This B&B is outstanding renovated and has a lot of charm. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and took great care of all guests. The rooms are beautifully decorated in light colours. The breakfasts were freshly made and everybody sat at a big dining table which made it a very sociable occasion. Sightseeing was all within walking distance.
