The staff really make this place special! Kennedy is such an amazingly kind and sweet host! When we checked-in, she showed us to our room, helped us with our luggage, and then led us back to the main dining room area where she offered us an evening port wine and chocolate mousse cake which was such a treat after a long drive from DC! We mentioned that it was our anniversary weekend, and they included a personalized card in our room that wished us a happy 15th anniversary. It really made my day :) The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast in the main dining room the first morning and I had the blueberry French toast, which was excellent. The next morning we ate breakfast under the pergola complete with shrimp and grits and lemon ricotta pancakes. The young lady working the reception during the day was also really kind and helpful and prepared two bikes for us to take out for the day which was such a memorable way to scope out Savannah. Hands down, my favorite part of the trip! We then hopped in the car and went to check out Tybee Island and she set us up with beach towels and waters. Lastly, if you request turn down service, they leave yummy cookies in your room!

It’s hard to say anything negative because the good was great and far outweighed anything negative. I would say that I noticed that the baseboards in my bathroom were a bit dusty so that was a tad off putting. The parking situation was good in that it was free, but there is limited parking for guests at the back of the house, and my husband didn’t really like handing over his keys so that they could move cars around as needed.

First off, amazing staff! Very attentive and friendly-literally every single person! The breakfasts were fantastic (and I’m not a big breakfast eater) loved the wine & apps in the afternoon & dessert in the evening-great way to wind down the day and meet other travelers. The Inn is spacious and beautiful. Our room was big and also quiet (which you don’t always get at a b&b. Fantastic stay, I’ll be back!

This was a great place. Beautiful building. Good location. Close to one of the main parks in Savannah. Staff was also really good. And our particular room was amazing. We had a walk in shower, king bed, big tub, and a working fireplace.

The parking situation isn't the most amazing. You have to give them your keys, and they kind of move cars around. But I could leave my car there and walk around the city. The walls are maybe a little thin. But it's a older house. And our bathroom had a leaky shower. But overall, very minor things, and our stay was amazing.

Beautiful historic home right off Forsythe Square! Checkin was a breeze and the staff were kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing- generous portions and very good. Cocktails and tapas were great and dessert was tasty. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and southern hospitality!

The blow dryer in my room was missing. I tried calling the front desk twice and no answer (middle of the afternoon). My husband walked down and they had to locate one. Just would suggest that housekeeping check the room on turnover for things like this. Also, the wallpaper in our bathroom was curling at the bottom and needs to be repaired.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hors d'oeuvre and desert was an excellent bonus above and beyond. The parking could have been better but not by much. The overeflow lot is good enough, but rain and inclimate weather makes it less than ideal.

The breakfast potatoes were a little underdone and tasted like dish soap. The mattress was a little too soft, lumpy and the springs squeaked with every roll over, but really I’m just being picky. Still 5/5 overall.

Terrific, cozy b/b within a 10-15 min walk of the waterfront on a beautiful, residential street that was popping with Spring colors of pink, white and fuchsia azaleas. This is an old brownstone property that takes you back in time with elegant furnishings, fireplaces, comfy beds and towering armoires. My room (104) had a huge whirlpool spa, sitting area and giant bed with white cotton matalasse blankets and very lovely pillows!

Loved the location, staff, unique common areas, the hospitality, breakfast, tea and dessert.,

We think the outdoors - patio, walkway, garden, gazebo area could use a little more upkeep. Bed not so great.

We loved the location The breakfast was fantastic. Loved the extra touches, like dessert in the evening. All the staff was exceptional, bust most especially the kitchen staff. We were traveling with my wife's elderly parents (89 and 87) and the staff did a lot to show their care and make them comfortable.

We had the garden room, which was lovely n very private.because of the historic status the inn has , we realize all upgrades must meet a standard. The shower was unruly n the water created a mess on the wood floor by the window. They should add tile to that side of the antique tub.

The property is a wonderful historical building built in 1868. it is beautifully maintained with period furnishings. The staff is incredible, warm and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The breakfasts are delicious, and late afternoon wine and appetizers equally yummy. Forsyth Park is 2 short blocks away for wonderful morning walks and it is an easy walk down Bull St to beautiful pocket parks, shops and restaurants.
