I just needed a place to stay at airport after a long day of travel. I had a reservation as it was a good value and once arriving at Savannah the Help Desk called the hotel for the shuttle. It worked great. The hotel is about 5 minutes away (but not walkable). The bed was comfortable, everything worked,. It was clean and the staff friendly. For a place to lay down my head after 24 hours of traveling, it was perfect. (Nice breakfast too as a bonus).

staff were really helpful after a flight cancellation, Jennifer (working front desk 7/18 around noon) especially. She found a pair of expensive headphones I forgot in the lobby after we were talking and is helping to arrange having them shipped back to me across the country. honestly the hotel itself is nothing special; there are 4 hotels located in the immediate area, all about a mile or two from airport. good staff made the difference which really counts with so many places short handed. thanks to the team there, they were all helpful and great

Upon arrival I was quoted $189 for the nine. Thank goodness for Booking.com so I could get a much better rate. There was no stopper in bathroom sink & drain rim was 1/3 missing. I did report it to staff to address after my departure

this isn’t the he first thing me I e had this problem with this hotel chain. they absolutely will not accommodate their guests with a late check out!!! I had to leave my room and sit in the lobby for 2.5 hrs til my flight. if you stay at an Omni or a Ramada or a Hilton, they are amazingly accommodating. allowing you to stay as late as 2:00-3:00 if needed. your hotel was not full and there was NO reason why they couldn’t let me have a late checkout. the girl at the desk said she could stretch it no more than 15-30 minutes!! I have a broken foot and am in a cast from my toes to my knee. might also want to know I am an AWARDS CLUB MEMBER!! this is not the fault of the front desk staff. we blame your main offices for the uncaring behavior!!

clean neat good area and relatively easy to find ; the bedroom was comfortable and clean

The breakfast; breakfast muffins and yogurt were both blueberry flavor with no other alternative and I don’t like blueberries. The waffle maker I used did not turn properly and I had to seek help, it did not cook right as the timer didn’t go off.

Breakfast could have been better.. price was higher than I expected.. bed was great..clean..and very comfortable..

The price.. parking was limited.. I had a small u haul trailer and had to park the trailer in the grass..

We had stayed there on the way to Florida from Ohio. Our trip home was the result of an aborted vacation due to evacuation of the Volusia County coastline. It was good to stay somewhere familiar and pleasant as well as close to our cousin's.

The location was great as we were awaiting a friend's arrival from the airport and a bonus was the new outlet mall. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The motel was at capacity, including lots of dogs, but the night was quiet!

Due to Covid, breakfast was already made and packaged so biscuits were slimy. Can't be helped and appreciate the safety even though it affected the taste.

The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk manager on our 3/16 evening arrival was excellent! She has so much personality and was very helpful and friendly!

Complimentary breakfast was a joke; egg sandwich that had to be heated up in a microwave?? Coffee was warm, not HOT, Should have additional staff to set up the breakfast and serve something fresh and hot, no pre-made microwave food.
