Decent, but no fruit for 2 of the 3 days stay to mix with yogurt. Not sure about the yogurt machine. It would be much easier to have refrigerated yogurt cups. The day they offered bacon was great change from sausage along with the scrambled eggs. Omelets were not good. Staff was very cordial & helpful. My refrigerator didn't work the first night. They offered to change my room, but I was already settled in. The next day they replaced. It would be nice to have a frig with little freezer.

The omelets need cheese not whatever filling is in them. Yogurt cups would be better than yogurt machine. I did not see cream cheese for bagels.

1. Room was very clean. 2. Brand new hotel facility. 3. Nearby shopping and restaurants, but also lots of evening traffic in getting to the hotel. Much less traffic in the morning when departing. 4. Breakfast had a good mix of protein (egg wraps, some meat) and glycemic options (cereal with nuts etc., self-made waffles, fruits, etc. All paper and plastic plates/utensils. 5. Easy check-in.

1. There were no curb cuts in the concrete curb leading to the front door. Any clumsy roller carts or ordinary bags needed to be lifted. While personally not affected, the lack of curb cuts makes the front entrance inaccessible to wheelchair users and hence not ADA compliant. 2. This facility is only 11 months old but the construction seemed cheap. The 2nd elevator had already been out for 4 months when we stayed. The panel for the shower faucet was upside down with the hot and cold sides reversed. The lighting in the main room was inadequate.

The beds were super comfy, everything is new and very modern in style, mini-fridge and microwave in the room. My favorite was the amazing soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very quiet, away from traffic. Employees are super nice, and we even ordered an amazing pizza from Mellow Mushroom delivered to our room so we didn't have to go out when we arrived very tired.

This hotel is a gem. I actually looked to see where others were around the country so that I could stay in more of them. I am sad that there are only a few others

The person at front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave us advice on where best to park and provided us with a list of restaurants.

I am not impressed by 6 pillows on my bed. 4 of the pillows seemed to be the same thickness and none were comfortable to me. What am I supposed to do with all the pillows I don't want to use? I also think the cover for the bed was too warm and thick. The air conditioning system was loud, not only the motor on the fan, but all the clicking noises from the thermostat. (Hey, you asked.)

Cassie, the front desk clerk was outstanding. She was very welcoming and when I asked a question or concern, she would give me the answer. Adrian is a great employee. Friendly, attentive, and excellent customer service skills.

On Saturday morning, I reported that the shower curtain in my room had mold. I am allergic to mold and I requested to be changed. I do not care if it was washed, it had mold, period. It is a shame that they did not take care of that. That is a shame.

Room, area and comfort was the best with Glo. Best Western has really outdone themselves. Everything was very clean and neat. The breakfast was really good. Very nice area to see.The location was still being worked on in this area.

The one thing that I didn't like was the bright sun in the room when you are trying to sleep. There is no darkening agents in the room. All brightness! Everyone doesn't like bright rooms when they travel and or are trying to rest for a long drive!. Constructions are still going on in this area.

The location was great for shopping, eating, and entertainment. It was very quiet. You can definitely tell that it’s a new structure.

What I didn’t like was the first room that I was assigned to was already occupied by someone else. The front desk attendee was very apologetic and rectified the problem quickly. I think that is a serious security issue being that the keys given to me opened up the room that was already occupied.

Great new modern hotel. Very clean and beds were really comfortable. Nice big shower with aromatherapy shampoo, soap and such. I would stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast items were more at room temperature and not hot. There was a good variety but not kept warm like the other two Best Westerns we stayed in last week.

Staff was great

1st room handicapped, we were moved across the hall no problem.. Toilet wouldn't flush.. she brought a plunger up handed to my husband, he used it then she tried it..wouldn't flush.. moved again,,,finally a good room... the staff was very helpful and nice.. The breakfast bar wasn't very clean or good

Location is excellent to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast had a good variety and kept up with replenishing food items and keeping area clean.

Rooms are not as sound proof from upper floors.
