Hyatt place room 131. Immaculate, spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having lots of pillows as well. Excellent Wifi connection. Also the room was quiet, as was the lobby. Pool works well and fitness Center has a decent set of weights and treadmills. Sweat towels also provided. The included breakfast wasn’t the most generous but it worked for me with buttery scrambled eggs, cinnamon raisin toast and butter, and granola (amongst a few other options).

Only caveat on the room was it had a weird smell, particularly in the lounge area: a whiff of old urine.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was good. You are located by plenty to eat and there's shopping.

We had issues with the sheets and duvet not being clean. There were bugs spotted. The staff did offer clean sheets and to try and switch the room we took the new sheets but they weren't clean. The bathroom needs ventilation it get hot in there after a shower you have to slide open the door a little. The breakfast wasn't the best they had the regular stuff for breakfast cereal, muffins, etc. but for the price, I figured there would have been more of a variety.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was extremely convenient for a road trip down I-95 - the hotel is only a few minutes off the highway. We had a king bed with a fold out sofa for our kids - we did have to request sheets for this, but they brought the linens very quickly even though it was late. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the included breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The only complaint was that our room was on the second floor, right outside the airconditioning unit for the whole building, so that was kind of loud, but not so loud you couldn't sleep. Overall, for a last minute booking we were very happy.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were very spacious with a living area and a bedroom down the hall. the breakfast was 10/10 every single morning. The staff serving breakfast were so welcoming and kind. The management is exceptional here. Definitely will be staying again.

Honestly there really isn’t anything I can say negatively about our stay.

I was really happy with the service. Brooke was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

The room furniture was beat up on the end and the sofa had a stain on it. But other than that it was very nice 🙂

Breakfast was good but no grab and go for one of our early flyers. We arrived to find no reservation, but the found a room and open the bar they for us.

When we arrived they said we did not have a reservation and they were full. Booking.com failed us. They found a accessible room with less beds than we wanted.

location of property is easy access to and from hwy 95. has a really good restaurant next door open until 930 at time of my stay.

Pillows were horrible, not support or fluff. They provide large shower shampoo, condition and shower gel. Unfortunately, I had two shower gels and a conditioner. No shampoo, good thing I travel with my own.

location great near food and not a bad drive to historic savannah or tybee. room staff was excellent, breakfast was good hot breakfast with some decent choices.

the new style sliding bathroom door would not lock and you could actually see inside if someone was in. didn’t really give a sense of privacy.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the breakfast was available at 6 AM. The location was right off 1-95 so it was easy to access. And also, it is right next door to a good restaurant so no traveling required to get dinner!

The towels were thin and scratchy.

The location was great. So close to the airport for our morning departure. Beautiful, spacious room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Wish we had realized there was a bar before we went up to our room. We probably would have partaken. Enjoyed our brief stay anyway.
