Cleanliness, friendly staff.

Price, hidden taxes, and fees not advertised. Room rates must include these. It's unethical not to publish the total room rate. I'm an IHG member and wasn't asked for my card, nor was the check-in person aware I wanted the points.

The room was very nice and comfortable! We had 4 rooms for family and we all ended up on the same floor. That was excellent

The clock time was an hour off, messes with your brain, especially when you have an early morning college graduation to get to

The property was especially clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The electric curtain in the room would open/shut randomly on its own. It happened a few times. I was expecting an accessible room to be closer to the front desk. It was a long walk for a person who has trouble walking.

We loved the location, sanitation stations at the elevators and size of the room. Not to mention that fact that it is a 100% smoke free hotel. Very quiet and peaceful despite being directly behind the tangler outlet. The refrigerator and Keurig was a great addition. Very nice hotel all around. Will book again if going to the area.

The traffic due to the popular attraction. And The parking lot was full of semi and 53' trucks making it difficult to either park or back out. We got blocked in by a semi trying to park in an actual parking space. Not a deal breaker but definitely frustrating.

Location near shopping and restaurants.

Stayed 4 nights and did not get our room freshen up. Paper at the desk said after 2 nights, trash and towels would be taken care of. Other than that no complaints.

Restaurant was reasonable and unexpected for menu selections and staff were friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was mostly cordial (one person checking in not so much). Clean facility.

Prices for snacks absolutely ridiculously high, even as compared to NYC. Not sure how secure facilities are and that was a little worrisome

Clean, right off of i95, staff was super friendly and helpful! Looks like it had a really fun bar with lots of happy people.

Two police cars arrived right after I left at 0930 june 26. Not sure what that was about!

The place is actually clean. So many hotels claim to be clean but our last stay in Savannah (at Country Inn & Suites) left my 10 month old wearing filthy clothes after only a few minutes on the floor. He had white socks on here and they didn’t even get dingy this time. The bed and pillows were so nice and comfortable. Sheets were nice and clean, not stained or even questionable. The pool was clear, warm and clean also. Good coffee (with a Keurig in room) and nice large TV. Bathroom shower was very roomy relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

One elevator was out, as well as the on-site kitchen/restaurant due to an unfortunate lighting strike during the week prior. Obviously this is not the norm but it would’ve been nice if it had been back up and running quicker. Also, it would’ve been nice to have an extra set of towels for the pool in our rooms, or available by the pool like the much smaller gym towels outside of the gym doors. However, we were able to request more towels and pick them up from the front desk. Not a deterrent by any means, just a minor inconvenience.

We picked this hotel since we were on our way to Florida and wanted to break up our trip. The location was perfect since there were things to do close by for the evening and we were right beside the beltway.

I don’t really have too many complaints, there was a problem with the strip at the bottom of the door and when we woke up in the morning we realized the door had technically been open all night. I did mention it to the desk staff and they said they would get maintenance up to take care of it. Since we only stayed one night I assume that it was taken care of.

Bed was very comfortable. Dining area staff, bar tender, front reception staff were courteous. Location is exceptional. Walking distance to the Tanger Outlets, close to the Hwy.

Upon check in, room was not cleaned. Bed was made but with used sheets. Lots of hair in the shower drain. Immediately notified front desk. The front desk staff were nice. They apologized, gave us another room and complementary breakfasts. The second room was clean and nice and on different level.
