Great location, there's so many restaurants, stores and activities around you. Breakfast is made fresh each morning! Room was huge and bonus - they just replaced all the couches(futons) in the room and they look/feel comfy.

I feel like on the website it should mention that you'll be charged $25 incidental fee/security deposit during your stay, just so people are aware beforehand.

Great location - near to a lot of restaurants/ shopping places. Safety measures during Covid. Clean property.

What could have been better? - Staff. Most of them are good. The only bad experience I had was after I left the property. I had left my laptop charger and called about it a few hours after checking out. The person who picked the call said the cleaning staff didn't find it. When I insisted that I was pretty sure I left it in the room, she pretended to look for 20 seconds and said there was no charger. If they had found it, I would have gone back to pick it up. Now, While I recognize it is my mistake in the first place to have left it, I am pretty sure many travelers forget stuff at hotels. I wish there were a process at Home2 to get forgotten stuff back to customers- That would really be the extra mile service and would ma endear the brand in hearts and minds of customers.

Everything was exceptional, including all the staff. The bathtub had handicapped grab bars for safety. One of the bars was loose. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about it. I didn't need it, but someone who did could have been injured. He thanked me, and I left. My granddaughter wanted to change cloths, so when we went back to the room, maintenance had already started repairs. I was very impressed and thanked the clerk again when we left. Safety was a priority to them.

Thanks for having the breakfast bar open and not a bag lunch. Your staff were polite and helpful.

Your hotel provided NO shuttle from the airport. We arrived at the airport at 9:30 pm. No taxi or rideshare available. We watched as fellow airline passengers were picked up by their hotel shuttles while we were stuck. Fortunately, an airport employee got us a ride in one of their airport vans. They covered for your lack of basic customer service.. Blaming Covid for not having shuttle service while other hotels do, shows you don't care about customers who arrive by plane.

Our room had an unpleasant smell. We reported it, they cleaned our rug in the room to rid the room of the smell.

Breakfast selections. Didn't like that staff wore gloves to serve breakfast, but kept the same pair of gloves on to clean tables in the eating area. Pool closed

Location was PERFECT. Close to shops and dining and to downtown.

Mask policy not enforced at all but other than that it was definitely a great stay and I would recommend to a friend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big could stayed for a long time.n Nice kitchen, refrigerator is great so much storage space. Nice breakfast hot sandwich and waffles.

The room was super nice with a kitchen and separate bedroom. Appreciate the dual thermostats to control temps in both areas. Super clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is close to many restaurants, an Aldi, CVS and a really nice wine and beer shop. Close to interstate and airport.

Huge mess with Booking.com and hotel as I changed reservation 3 days in advance. Confirm your reservation pls! Staff was nice enough and waved the cancellation fee for the change. BIG note to hotel manager- desk staff in evening not wearing mask and neither were many guests despite signs all over hotel stating masks were required. I understand there is no mask requirement in Georgia, but appeared that staff and guests weren’t aware of hotel policy. Also was told breakfast was from 6-9. We came in at 8:30 and everything was being put away. Grabbed a yogurt and some coffee. Okay, but looked forward to promised great breakfast. Hate to say these things as other than this, we enjoyed our stay and will return. Very nice place so please make note.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious,the pool was clean and they even have grills for use if one chooses to. We took the airport shuttle and the young lady driving us was very helpful and kind we were a group of 12 and we all had an amazing experience. The breakfast was great,hot and filling.

The room was generously sized with plenty of desk and countertop space. Also, the free breakfast was the best I've seen thus far as it always included a variety of breakfast sandwiches to choose from in addition to the usual waffle makers, cereal, fruit, etc.

The room lighting wasn't the best. It accommodated our needs well enough, but there wasn't much of an effort to go above that.
