Great location, there's so many restaurants, stores and activities around you. Breakfast is made fresh each morning! Room was huge and bonus - they just replaced all the couches(futons) in the room and they look/feel comfy.

I feel like on the website it should mention that you'll be charged $25 incidental fee/security deposit during your stay, just so people are aware beforehand.

Everything was exceptional, including all the staff. The bathtub had handicapped grab bars for safety. One of the bars was loose. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about it. I didn't need it, but someone who did could have been injured. He thanked me, and I left. My granddaughter wanted to change cloths, so when we went back to the room, maintenance had already started repairs. I was very impressed and thanked the clerk again when we left. Safety was a priority to them.

Great location - near to a lot of restaurants/ shopping places. Safety measures during Covid. Clean property.

What could have been better? - Staff. Most of them are good. The only bad experience I had was after I left the property. I had left my laptop charger and called about it a few hours after checking out. The person who picked the call said the cleaning staff didn't find it. When I insisted that I was pretty sure I left it in the room, she pretended to look for 20 seconds and said there was no charger. If they had found it, I would have gone back to pick it up. Now, While I recognize it is my mistake in the first place to have left it, I am pretty sure many travelers forget stuff at hotels. I wish there were a process at Home2 to get forgotten stuff back to customers- That would really be the extra mile service and would ma endear the brand in hearts and minds of customers.

The room was generously sized with plenty of desk and countertop space. Also, the free breakfast was the best I've seen thus far as it always included a variety of breakfast sandwiches to choose from in addition to the usual waffle makers, cereal, fruit, etc.

The room lighting wasn't the best. It accommodated our needs well enough, but there wasn't much of an effort to go above that.

The location was really great we were close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores and the outlet mall you name it we were really close to it.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay at the Homes2 Suites.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious,the pool was clean and they even have grills for use if one chooses to. We took the airport shuttle and the young lady driving us was very helpful and kind we were a group of 12 and we all had an amazing experience. The breakfast was great,hot and filling.

Our room had an unpleasant smell. We reported it, they cleaned our rug in the room to rid the room of the smell.

Breakfast selections. Didn't like that staff wore gloves to serve breakfast, but kept the same pair of gloves on to clean tables in the eating area. Pool closed

Great location! Near shopping and resturants. Very close to the airport. The room was amazing! I was shocked to see a kitchen in the room! Very clean!

Just need scales! I did a bit too much shopping and was worried the bag was over the weight limit.

Your hotel provided NO shuttle from the airport. We arrived at the airport at 9:30 pm. No taxi or rideshare available. We watched as fellow airline passengers were picked up by their hotel shuttles while we were stuck. Fortunately, an airport employee got us a ride in one of their airport vans. They covered for your lack of basic customer service.. Blaming Covid for not having shuttle service while other hotels do, shows you don't care about customers who arrive by plane.

Room was great. Guest service staff was excellent. Close to the airport with recommendations for shuttle service.

The shuttle not running early in the morning, cost me an additional $60.00above the cost of the hotel. This is why I picked the location for the shuttle.
