Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Gateway, GA

I was very surprised by the large selection of breakfast items! There was something everyone in my family would like, including a waffle station! Checkin and checkout was very quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant. A woman, who I assumed was a manager, always looked so busy and works very hard. The indoor pool felt so great! My room was very clean and tidy.

My shower had some staining I believe and it just made the shower appear unclean. Upon arrival, I immediately went to the jacuzzi after driving all day, but the jacuzzi was the same temperature, if not cooler, than the indoor pool. Eventually, the jacuzzi did warm up more after an hour or so. I’m not sure why it was that cool in the first place, but I did notice a difference after a while.

The hotel itself was okay. Beds were comfortable and hallways cleaned. The pool was nice, it was clean and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. Loved that checkout was at 8 and no noise from other rooms or floors bothered us. AC in room worked well and blew just right.

The bathroom was not clean well, shower floor still looked dirty and there was pee and other debris on the toilet seat. There was an old towel behind the dresser where the tv sat. Also the WiFi did not work. The side door where the stairs are was open all day so anyone could come in without using a hotel key card which I find u safe. No breakfast, not even a bag, they jus had muffins that didn't taste all that well. I'd give them 3 stars.

The beds were heavenly comfortable, our room was clean and that is why we are likely to return twice annually, to this area, on our way to visit out grandchildren. The main reason we chose your facility is the pool and hot tub, but the pool and pool room door where a disappointment. We are older and I am disabled and not able to shove open the jammed door. These imperfections are easily to corrected.

I might have given higher grades if the swimming pool and hot tub were easily accessed. The door to enter the pool area could not be pushed open. An employee came and kicked the door and slammed their body into the door to open it. Also, on another they let her in the pool while they were shocking it.

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast area was large with plenty of seating.

The hot breakfast consisted of toast or waffles. Not at all up to the standard of other Radisson properties I've stayed at. Room seamed cold and plain and the layout was not similar to other Country Inn's I've stayed at. I felt like I was staying in a low budget hotel, as far as the rooms were concerned.

Location was great!

Kept getting emails that my card was declined. Called the hotel and was told I needed to call booking that it was a problem through them. Messaged booking.com and was told no the problem had to be on the hotels end. Called the hotel again and was told again that it was booking.coms fault. Called booking.com again and they agent finally called the hotel and got it straightened out.

The staff, all but 1, the pool and location was good, overall room was nice and spacious

I was visiting from Charlotte.. overall The stay was nice. At 2am the fire alarm wentnoff and we all had to leave our rooms for about 45 minutes... not pleasant at all. It was COVID so we only had bag breakfast ( I think cost should have been adjusted a little for that) and they were low on towels and no ironing board or iron in my room. Only one lady at the front gave us attitude like she hated her job but all others were very nice.

Outstanding breakfast & courteous staff. Great quiet room & excellent location near I-95, so convenient & economical. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bed was not the best, but the room was nice & quiet. I felt safe. Outstanding staff, so very polite & professional. Will stay again in the future. Thank you very much.

The pool had too much chlorine in it

I thought the room was big, clean and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Our faucet leaked In our bathroom. You could hear our neighbors walking around above us. You could hear people talking in the hallways and slamming doors. Walls were not well insulated.

Location was great & close to everything. I loved the indoor hot tub & pool. The staff was friendly.

The floor in the bathroom especially near the tub was nasty dirty!! The old sheets were left on the pull out couch (with a cigarette tucked in the sheets). The staff could have at least taken the dirty linen off the couch instead of me having to do it. There was no area to congregate with your party. The chairs were removed at fire pit and there wasn't a table in the the tv/couch area where we could have played a game of cards.
