Sea and Breeze Hotel and Condo

Location we come 3 times a year...

The room .this the second time In room 130. Well remember not to be put in this room again..no lamps and the noise downstairs in Wet Willie's..

The location was unbeatable, we didn’t have to drive even once after parking in their reserved lot. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond for everything. Every staff member was friendly and just so kind. Noah, the front office staff that we saw the most often, was hilarious and so incredibly nice. The woman that works the office at night is also wonderful, but I didn’t catch her name.

The rooms could have been cleaner, there was a bit of a hair problem and it wasn’t super clean. And the showers do not look like the photos, they are a bit dated and are tubs with a shower faucet, not step-in showers.

A lot went well. The location was fabulous. The staff was great except for one guy who didn't want to move his tour bike so that we could get our vehicle into a spot that was easier to get into. The parking spots are narrow especially when folks bring their trucks. The desk staff was great. Our room was clean, comfy and cozy. It was a cool retro kind of place and provided all we needed for our stay. The pool was nice. We were not told by Booking.com that when my daughters met us there, we'd not be able to park their vehicle. There was only 1 spot per room. We stayed at Sea and Breeze because our first booking didn't work out. That place had parking for 2 vehicles. When our reservation didn't work out there, Booking.com arranged for an alternate place. We assumed all the amenities would match our first choice. We should have asked about parking. It made it difficult because we had to park one of the vehicles 20 minutes away.

The location is great and the price was good compared to others. I would stay again.

The parking arrangement was awful. When we got there everything was full so the made spaces behind the other car so that you completely block them in. The front office had to call us the next morning and wake us up to move our car and let someone out. Our car also got dingged in the door by another car when we were in a regular parking spot. I do understand though that that's all they have to work with and I'm sure they wish they had more space as well.

We chose to stay here for the location and the pool. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. It's a basic , no frills hotel but we knew that beforehand. We stopped at the Publix and bought a coffee pot and supplies and we were good to go. Yes, it's an older hotel but for the location you can't beat the price. Parking is tight but it wasn't very crowded so it wasn't an issue. Our grandkids loved it here and said This is a 5 star hotel!!! Also, every person that works there that we came into contact with was so friendly!

The women in the room next to us were smokers and sat out in the chairs dropping ashes and butts everywhere instead of using a can or cup as an ashtray. Just nasty. But the hotel has no control over stuff like that.

Not my first visit. Location is awesome. Not only is it just half a short block from the beach but it has seating areas that look down over the main strip. Great for people watching. Furniture is worn but everything is clean and comfortable, staff is great, plenty of hot water and pressure. No spa or anything fancy but everything you need. Absolutely love it.

Elevator is hot, stuffy and slow.

Nice location, friendly staff and nice pool

Very tight parking spaces. I'm 240 pounds. Had to squeeze to get out of parking space. Wife weighs 138 but isn't as flexible as me due to arthritis. I had to back out of space to let her in and out haha . Microwave was broke so check that soon as you get there. Small TV. This is a great place for the beach not for the hotel. For what it is I loved it.

My room was clean and neat. Bed was super comfortable. Love the hotel being in the center of everything.

Did not like the pool not opening till ten. I didn't have time to use it because I had to check out by 11. But I understand. Rules are rules. 😊

Excellent location, waking distance to beach, dining, and shopping. Covered parking included. Friendly staff. My daughter left her purse overnight at the photo booth. It was turned in with everything still inside, including all her money.

At the fault of no one, our room looked directly at the pool. Parking was a bit tight, but we managed.

Great distance from the beach; we could easily walk from the hotel right to the shore, and it was perhaps a 6 or 8 minute stroll. Also, plenty of food options immediately across the street.

This was a beach community hotel; no frills - no late check out, no roll away bed, no phone in the room. It was a good experience, just not a great one. For the price and distance to the sea it was even a very good experience, just not a great experience. But, I would stay here again.
