The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake machine. First time ever on the first floor of any hotel, so convenient! Pool area was nice and clean. It's a few miles from the action, but I wanted to be near Rigby's and loved that it's away from the busy areas. Oh, very, very firm bed; I always bring my own pillow.

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. I'm not sure if it was because we were on the first floor, but the stream was weak! One of the desk clerks must have been new. She charged my card again after I tried to explain to her that my booking was non-refundable and paid in full already. After she realized her error, she didn't know how to fix it. Another clerk had to fix it the next day.

All was great! We stayed in the suite which had a fantastically huge balcony. What a pleasant surprise that was! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Both mornings we awoke to the housekeeping standing in our room asking if we wanted our rooms cleaned. I find this to be inappropriate. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had this happen before. Very strange that the housekeeping thought this was acceptable. I must admit that the first morning I was in such shock that I told the lady to get the H E double hockey sticks out! Also, please clean the bathroom doors! They were covered in grimy handprints

Breakfast was Good as well as the location. It was 3 staff members was excellent, polite and helpful Tony, Dana, and Aniya they all went above and beyond

The price a night for the rooms which I had to book another night due to my reservation was cancel and I paid a little more for the rooms each night more than I expected to spend and then to pay a lot for the water park when you have a large family, I wish it was a deal if you stay at the hotel get a discount or even buy one get one free at the water park and the ones that don't stay pay the full price. Just an suggestion.

Breakfast is the best of any hotel I've stayed at. Nice clean dining area the the set up is very good. I recommend it.

There was an issue with our HVAC unit that made an excessive noise that kept waking us up. I reported the issue to the manager and he adjusted our room charge down $20. I think a fairer adjustment would have been 30% considering we only got a half decent nights sleep. All in all though, I will stay at this hotel again.

The room was the perfect size for our family of 5. We had a suite and it was nice and spacious and laid out pretty nice. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores as well. Kathleen at check in was super nice.

Immediately after check in we noticed that the floor we were staying on smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The room itself was fine until we started to notice the smoke smell and also a marijuanna smell coming through the door. It made me feel sick. I called the front desk and the lady said she would do a hall check. It stopped for a little bit after that but then started up again about 1am. I couldn’t sleep because I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I left there the next morning with a really bad cough and sore throat.

Location of the facility was great! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was super nice.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The floor wasn't mopped good. It still had dirty residue on the floor of room 315. Also for a king size bed, the pillows should have been king size instead of regular size pillows. I did request extra towels and didn't have enough in the room. The room cost was a little pricey, but I enjoyed my stay.

The over all experience was great. My wife and I visited for our anniversary. The hotel was near plenty of restaurants. The only issue we had was that the breakfast area was not kept clean. Guest were making a mess and it wasn't being cleaned up in a timely manner. That was a major turnoff for us so we ate at the Waffle House directly across the street both days of our stay.

The toilet in our room didn't want flush. We had to flush the toilet several times to get it to go down.

The hotel was very modern and looked much more upscale than typical hotels at this price point.

The staff was a bit inattentive. This was at check in and breakfast. The cleaning staff was very friendly. Surprisingly, they ran out of coffee at 830 breakfast and did not refill. The road noise was a bit loud and the ac was noisy, but neither so much to keep us up.

Property was clean and staff friendly. Our room was directly across from gym which worked out great! The hotel is less than a 5 min walk from water park and entertainment center.

Nothing to dislike. Wish we had stayed at least one more day.

I love the suites and located near many restaurants and stores. I love the breakfast setup and the many options we had to choose from. The security is what is the best for me. You cannot enter your room or any other part of the facilities without a keycard(via elevator).
