Courtyard Warner Robins

I like the easy check in. the front desk staff were nice and accommodating. I like the location of the hotel being that a convenience store is in walking distance and there are other shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very clean and the food served and service at our recent banquet were top notch. Hats off to the chefs!

I did not like that they did not fully honor my guests requests. I asked not to be placed in an adjoining room and they did it anyway. Also this room was handicapped accessible. I am not disabled and I felt that I was taking a room that should have been reserved for a disabled person. Courtyard, please try to accommodate guest requests. Also there was a strong odor emitting either from the hallway or the room next door. It reeked of marijuana.

The staff at the front desk was nice, facility clean; however the staff at the Bistro was the absolute best! We (myself and friends) met Kenny (chef I believe, and Carrie (I think this is bartender's name) they were very polite, attentive and helpful when it came to helping us decide what to eat/drink. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely made the stay all the more better. They deserve kudos for their customer service.

The staff here is what all others should strive to be! Customer Service Rockstars! Extremely helpful and friendly staff all the way around-check in, bistro, cleaning staff all went above and beyond to make our stay great. If I am ever in Warner Robins again, I will stay here for sure. Rooms were nice, pool was great, and my kids loved playing chess outside. I can't say enough about the staff, though. They were truly top notch and always had a smile.

Couldn't find a trash can outside to dispose of my trash from the car and couldn't find one in the lobby either.

Bed was comfortable. Bible was in the drawer. Room was quiet. Elevator was fast. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent. Soap was good quality.

Shower had NO pressure. Coffee maker leaked water all over the tray. Only one regular coffee with two people wanting regular. Trash cans had liners placed over the sides of the trash for guests to line trash cans. ( I was wondering if they left the vacuum for me to clean up, too!) We stayed two nights but no housekeeping. Had to make our own bed.

loved the size of our room and the cleanliness. The lady at the front desk ( can’t recall her name…sorry) was very friendly, and the location is great. Plenty of eating and shopping options all around you.

Everything other than I didn’t get the room I actually booked….

The staff was nice but weren’t very knowledgeable. It didn’t seem like the front desk (during the day) receptionists didn’t know what they were doing. I also didn’t get the room I originally booked either.

The staff was wonderful! I didn't do the breakfast or anything because I was working but I will be coming back again.

The room layout was a little odd but it was ok. There was quite a bit of dust over furniture but overall the room was clean.

Dinner by Chef Chris was exceptional, 1st Class. Room Accommodations were very clean with comfortable bedding. Beautiful decor throughout the room and hotel. Location is convenient to shopping, gas stations, entertainment and food.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was awesome!

The employees working the bistro were not professional and appeared to be bothered when making an order. Items were not available on the menu and the staff were more engaged with something going on with someone’s phone sitting at the bar instead of caring for the customers trying to order. On a positive note, after finding something on the menu that was available, the food was good.

The staff was very friendly! I do love from 5-10pm (I believe) you were able to go into the lobby and enjoying Bistro in the evening. A BIG PLUS!! Location was perfect. Cracker Barrel, IHOP and Krispy Kreme across the street. Plenty places to shop and Old faithful (Walmart/last minute items..lol)

The only thing I didn't like is there wasn't a microwave in my room. They had one downstairs available next to the counter. It wasn't a necessity for me for this visit, just something I observed.
