Everything!!!! especially location location location was a major plus. the quiet and peacefulness of the property and area was a major plus just what me and my husband needed. I had a issue in my suite and it was attended to right away even for the fact it was 9:00 at night. the front desk clerks couldn’t ask for anyone better. plan on making another reservation soon. Big thanks Country Inn & suites you made my anniversary.

it was nothing I didn’t like

It was fine and stayed well stocked and clean during the available times. Waffle option, hot foods (eggs, meat option) standard bread and cereal options except no grits which I would expect in the south.

When I opened up the sofa bed in the sitting room there was something sticky on the side. Nothing visible. I expect something was spilled and it was never noticed.

The breakfast was filling. I appreciated the waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, juice coffee. Milk and cereal was an option. Yogurt was also offered. You could make your own grits if you desired.

The room were awesome. The toilets were a little low. It made it a bit uncomfortable for my husband to sit . He has a hip replacement and I have trouble with my knees. Other than that everything was perfect.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful! They did not have the notes I sent through booking.com but still accommodated our requests. Breakfast was great room was comfortable. Cookies and coffee available all the time. Pool and jacuzzi we're cold but everything was so wonderful it didn't matter

The room was very clean and well lit.

The ceiling had 4 large water marks on it. Throughout the evening several smaller watermarks appeared, it was very concerning. Also, the shower curtain had several brownish/ reddish stains on it. Other than that everything else was great.

Location was great! The staff was very professional and welcoming.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room needs some painting and a really good cleaning. The water would build up in the shower.

The hotel was very clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels. Our room was very spacious and had very nice furniture. I loved the bathroom sink and mirror.

When we arrived the pregnant lady at the desk kept speaking with the lady behind the counter. After about a minute she finally asked if she could help us. Saturday night there was a large group of people sitting outside in front of the hotel drinking beer and smoking weed. The weed smell carried all the way to the elevator. I was on the third floor and I could hear the people outside in the front of the hotel carrying on. This went on until after 12 am. This is such a nice hotel to have this type of environment hanging out front. The front desk staff could use some more customer service training.

Toilet difficult to flush, no do not disturb sign in room, and the vending machine took my money.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was wonderful. We were very satisfied.

There was no breakfast as advertised but I am thinking that was due to COVID-19. We were informed there was a breakfast bag at the front desk you could ask for if you wanted one. But I love the precautions they took to keep everyone safe.
