The room was nice, clean, (with the exception of a couple of cobwebs next to the ceiling over the TV), and comfortable. I don't mean to knit pic, but I worked for 3 years as a dorm/housing inspector on base, so I am very strict about cleanliness.

I would have given everything an excellent rating except for two things. 1: the door (room 111) was very difficult to open from the outside. The latch did not release completely with the key card and you had to practically force the door open by bumping it in with your body. 2: Someone on the night shift (around 0115 in the morning Saturday morning), decided to make toast and burned it, setting off the fire alarms waking everyone up and scaring us half to death. It only stayed on for a minute or two, but that was too long. It should never have happened in the first place. It took us over an hour to settle back down and be able to sleep again because we kept expecting it to go off again.

The room was very clean, bed needs a mattress pad to make it a little more comfortable. The lady who checked us in and out was extremely kind and courteous. She needs a raise. Very clean hotel,husband enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Wasn't noisy, we rested comfortably and the AC worked great. Water pressure in the shower was great

Price/location

Staff attitude with accommodations, due to steps and no elevator for the elderly. Had to carry everything by hand upstairs. Hmmm!!! I was told No rooms on first floor was available, yet to couples that was a party of our got rooms one-two hours later on the first floor. We should have received a call once first floor came available. I think that would have been considered for the elderly. Also the Safety Hinge to the door was broken?!

Clean and updated rooms... comfortable and well kept. The location is great!

That booking cancelled our reservation and the confirmation number I had was valid. I requested one of two rooms be cancelled but both rooms were cancelled without our knowledge... luckily room was available when we checked in @10pm

Great location, and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection was very good: bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal - plenty of options to choose from. Hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay again.

I can't think of anything I would improve. We loved this hotel.

very mice facility. desk clerk very nice. Beds super comfortable. painted purple and gray and was a beautiful combination.

i was upstairs and outside room and there isn't an elevator. wish I had known in advance. Also no street sign so you know where to turn.

Nice, quiet & very clean for an older property. Near several restaurants. The bed slept exceptional.

No elevator. I needed to print an update for the presentation i was in town for. One staff member said guest printer worked and another didn't. Ultimately I couldn't get it to respond. Guest computer runs Windows Vista. Might want to upgrade the operating system & printer.

our room smelled a little must but was clean, the soap is horrible, it falls apart as soon as you wet it. They also ran out of sausage so only eggs left.

Wasn't exhaust fan n bathroom, tall mirror should be away from vanity. If someone at sink & other getting dressed the closet & other person is sorta blocking u from tall mirrow. But not a deal-breaker
